The WC Recreation Dept has it's annual Restaurant Festival on 9/18 this yr. the streets will be be packed all day with vendors and patrons.. as usual.. just a heads up.... no driving on Walnut, some of High, Market and Gay streets.. Parking can be pretty tough and the bars are jam packed that day. So, whoever plays during that day..you'll have huge audience but getting your gear into the venue ..gonna be rough. KingArthur.com responded: Thanks, Donna! We are attempting to work with the borough to coordinate the event... and have been in communication with parks and recreation. They expect 22k people on Sunday. Bands playing on Suinday will load-in Saturday. We are still looking for lodging in town, if you have any ideas?See More |

- Infernal Opera is the current and final incarnation of the musical powerhouse formerly known as EXIT. Originating in Bergen County, NJ(1990), then re-emerging in the Lehigh Valley of Pennsylvania, covering an ever expanding region of the country, and bey...ond the borders of The USA, this METAL band combines influences from every source imaginable, creating a sound that is uniquely theirs, which they like to describe as, “What an opera might sound like…. in Hell.” Combining a mix from the Classic METAL styles: the Doom of Black Sabbath, Melodic Intricacies of Iron Maiden, Speed of Slayer, Alternate Picking of Kreator, odd-time signatures of Destruction, Progressiveness of Death, and the Power of Judas Priest, INFERNAL OPERA creates a alloy of Molten Metal that captivates METAL fans of all genres. With vocal harmonies, a mix of clean and aggressive, and the tactically placed 'Gang vocals', a immense dynamic is created.... With the band preparing to record their debut cd(Summer of 2011 on Metal Mantra Records), the eclectics within their music will at long last be unleashed. The sounds will resonate through the ears of those in the 19 Countries around the globe who follow and support Infernal Opera.... The journey has been long, challenging, and will prove to be well worth it. See MorePage: 2,141 people like this.
