Lyrics and Liner Notes

How Can You Tell?

[Intro]
Watch his mouth
(Watch him go)
Truth comes north
(Then heads south!)
Round and round
(The same old sound)
Another glory “his” story
(Another shroud!)
… for crying out loud!

[Verse 1]
He says the sky is green today
Then swears the blue has gone away
He tells us black is really white
And changes sides before the night

A promise made, a promise bent
A million words, but what was meant?
The facts are knocking at the door
He says he’s never heard them before!

[Refrain]
How can you tell he’s lying
… is he (moo, moo) moving his lips
(Just a bit)
True. There’s no denying
… intentional slips
(Spew some shhh….)
It! Yes that’s “it”.

He’s (moo, moo) moving his lips
(La, la, la) Lying to the dips
(The dip shhh….)
It’s! Yes that’s “it”.

[Verse 2]
He says he won when he lost the race
Then puts a grin on his lying face
He blames the crowd, he blames the game
He changes facts but keeps his name

Add more spin, blow more smoke
A grand old promise, another joke
Check the record, check the score
The truth keeps knocking evermore!

[Refrain]
How can you tell he’s lying
… is he (moo, moo) moving his lips
(Just a bit)
True. There’s no denying
… intentional slips
(Spew some shhh….)
It! Yes that’s “it”.

He’s (moo, moo) moving his lips
(La, la, la) Lying to the dips
(The dip shhh….)
It’s! Yes that’s “it”.

[Bridge]
Moo, moo, moo
(What’s he trying to do?)
Spin, spin, spin
(Where does truth begin?)

[Breakdown]
Fact-check!
(What the heck?)
Double-check!
(What’s next?)
Words are cheap
(Promises steep)
Watch what they do
(Does he have a clue!)
A claim’s not true because it’s loud
A lie’s not truth because it’s proud
Don’t take the bait, don’t buy the show
Look at the facts before you go

The proof is there for all to see
If we can face reality

[Final Refrain]
How can you tell he’s lying
… is he (moo, moo) moving his lips
(Just a bit)
True. There’s no denying
… intentional slips
(Spew some shhh….)
It! Yes that’s “it”.

He’s (moo, moo) moving his lips
(La, la, la) Lying to the dips
(The dip shhh….)
It’s! Yes that’s “it”.

How can you tell he’s lying?
(Check the facts!)
How can you tell he’s lying?
(Watch how he acts!)

Moo, moo, moo
(We see through you!)
Spin, spin, spin
(Truth will win!)

[Outro]
Moo, moo, moo!
(What’s he gonna do?)
La, la, la!
(Lie to you!)

Words may twist
(Facts persist)
Lips may flap
(There’s the trap!)

How can you tell?
(You know it well!)
Check the facts…
And ring that bell!

About the Song
Fact-checking organizations have documented tens of thousands of false or misleading statements by Donald Trump throughout his political career. Because tracking criteria and scopes differ among media outlets, there is no single consensus figure, but comprehensive databases provide the following counts:
• The Washington Post Fact Checker: 30,573 false or misleading claims
• PolitiFact: rated approximately 76% of the Trump statements they examined as “Mostly False,” “False,” or “Pants on Fire”.

Pants on Fire (Science Denial)

[Intro]
Read the headlines
(Watch! A sign!)
Follow the money
(Who’s doin’ fine?)

Facts on the table
(Truth is the label)
But when the liars take the stage
They set the world arage!

[Verse 1]
Call it a hoax, call it a scam
Tell the people, “I know who I am”
Mock the science, ridicule the facts
Then wonder why the planet reacts

Drill, baby, drill, that’s the refrain
Pump some more while we fuel the flame
Sell the future for a short-term gain
Then send the bill down the chain!

[Refrain]
Oh so vile
(Science denial)
Coax a hoax
(Liar! Liar!)
… Earth’s on fire

(Fanning the flames)
Higher! Higher!

[Verse 2]
Wind and solar, call them a joke
While the planet disappears in smoke
Clean, beautiful coal, that’s the line
But the consequences aren’t so fine

Paris Agreement, call it fake
How much more can the truth take?
When the evidence is crystal clear
They manufacture doubt and sell us fear!

[Refrain]
Oh so vile
(Science denial)
Coax a hoax
(Liar! Liar!)
… Earth’s on fire

(Fanning the flames)
Higher! Higher!

[Bridge]
Drill! Drill! Drill!
(Who’s paying the bill?)
Burn! Burn! Burn!
(When will they learn?)

Higher! Higher!
(Fanning the fire!)
More! More! More!
(What are we burning for?)

[Breakdown]
The irony’s plain for all to see:
The crisis speeds the energy tragedy
The harder they try to hold the past
The faster the old regime won’t last!

Science isn’t a partisan game
The laws of nature don’t care who’s to blame
Research cut and regulations rolled back
The public’s left to pick up the slack
Deny the danger, weaken the shield
But Earth’s response won’t be repealed!

[Refrain]
Oh so vile
(Science denial)
Coax a hoax
(Liar! Liar!)
… your pants are on fire

(Fanning the flames)
Higher! Higher!

[Breakdown]
Facts! (Facts!)
Not fiction! (Not fiction!)
Science! (Science!)
Not superstition!

Look! (Look!)
Outside! (Outside!)
Earth’s on fire!
(Higher! Higher!)

[Final Refrain]
Oh so vile
(Science denial)
Coax a hoax
(Liar! Liar!)
… Earth’s on fire

(Fanning the flames)
Higher! Higher!

Oh so vile
(Science denial)
Truth on trial
(For a little while)

Earth’s on fire
(Feeding desire)
Higher! Higher!
(We can’t go higher!)

[Outro]
No more denial
(No more denial)
No more lies
(Open your eyes)

The facts remain
(Through wind and rain)
Earth’s on fire…
Who’s fanning the flames?

Look around. (Look down.)
Liar! Liar, pants on fire…
(Higher! Higher!)

Trump Hypocrisy and Climate Science Denial

About the Song
Brent crude futures recently approached $117 per barrel. However, futures prices tell only half the story. Due to the geopolitical instability associated with Trump’s support for Vladimir Putin and Benjamin Netanyahu, both indicted war criminals, the cost of delivering physical oil has soared to approximately half the futures price, pushing the final cost of a barrel to $150–$175.

Ironically, this has triggered the fastest and most significant global shift away from fossil-fuel dependency, directly contradicting Trump’s “Drill, Baby, Drill” ideology and its rejection of climate science. His policies and geopolitical alliances are accelerating the very energy transition his administration seeks to obstruct.

Donald J. Trump has repeatedly voiced skepticism toward climate science and taken concrete actions to undermine climate research and policy. He has publicly called climate change a “hoax,” the “greatest scam of all time,” and “bullshit,” reflecting a long-standing pattern of dismissing mainstream scientific consensus.

In a major address to the United Nations General Assembly on September 23, 2025, President Trump delivered a comprehensive rejection of global climate efforts, labeling climate change the “greatest con job ever perpetrated on the world.” Key claims from this speech included:

Beyond rhetoric, Trump took significant steps to dismantle climate science and regulatory frameworks at the federal level, particularly through the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Among the most consequential actions was the repeal of the 2009 Endangerment Finding, which legally designated greenhouse gases as a threat to public health and enabled regulation of emissions. These actions have had lasting effects on U.S. climate policy, weakening federal oversight, slowing renewable energy development, and reducing the country’s ability to respond to the accelerating climate crisis.

Trump’s tenure illustrates the intersection of political ideology, personal branding, and science denial, with consequences that extend far beyond domestic policy into global environmental governance.

Trump has been widely criticized for white nationalist rhetoric and is also well-documented for his connections to Jeffrey Epstein, a known ecofascist. Ecofascists understand the physics of climate change, with the short-term upper limit of warming estimated around +9°C. Their goal, alarmingly, is to push humanity toward that upper bound as a means of drastically reducing the global population—particularly targeting vulnerable regions in the Global South.

Christian Zionist

[Intro]
(The Commander’s Directive:)
“President Donald Trump has been anointed by Jesus to light the signal fire in Iran to cause Armageddon and mark his return to Earth.”
Ahhh, man

A prophecy, a political game
A holy promise, a holy flame
They’re reading the future in ancient lines
While the world gets caught in their end-times designs

[Verse 1]
Jerusalem, a promised land
A sacred story, a guiding hand
But when belief becomes a plan
To bring destruction down on man

They see the conflict as a sign
A prophecy that’s right on time
Not peace, not hope, not compromise
But Armageddon before their eyes

[Pre-Chorus]
Is this faith?
(Is this fear?)
Is salvation
(Really near?)

When the price
(Is human life)
Who’s the prophet?
(Who’s the sacrifice?)

[Refrain]
Christian Zionist
(Want to bring on The End)
A damned death wish
(The wrong message to send)

It all rhymes
(With The End of Times)
Bringin’ on Armageddon
(Do you know what you’re gettin’?)

Ahhh, men

[Verse 2]
A second coming, a final fight
A world consumed to make things right
Some see a war as destiny
A necessary catastrophe

But Jews and Muslims aren’t a stage
For somebody else’s prophecy page
No human life should be the cost
Of a promised victory built on loss

[Pre-Chorus]
Is this faith?
(Is this fear?)
Is salvation
(Really near?)

When the price
(Is human life)
Who’s the prophet?
(Who’s the sacrifice?)

[Refrain]
Christian Zionist
(Want to bring on The End)
A damned death wish
(The wrong message to send)

It all rhymes
(With The End of Times)
Bringin’ on Armageddon
(Do you know what you’re gettin’?)

Ahhh, men

[Bridge]
Don’t confuse the land with the creed
Don’t turn a prophecy into a deed
Don’t make a weapon out of faith
Or call destruction a saving grace

Israel is more than prophecy
Iran is more than an enemy
Jews and Muslims, lives and homes
Are not pawns in a kingdom’s throne

Faith should offer hope
(Not a fuse to light)
Faith should seek peace
(Not a reason to fight)

Who’s bringing the end?
(Watch the rules bend)
Is that what Jesus said?
(Go count the dead)
Ahhh, men

Is it God’s plan?
(Or a human scheme?)
Is it salvation?
(Or a nightmare dream?)
Ahhh, men

[Final Refrain]
Christian Zionist
(Want to bring on The End)
A damned death wish
(The wrong message to send)

It all rhymes
(With The End of Times)
Bringin’ on Armageddon
(Do you know what you’re gettin’?)

Ahhh, men

[Outro]
No prophecy justifies the pain
No holy war can make it sane
No faith should need a world destroyed
To promise peace that’s never enjoyed

Don’t bring on the end
(In the name of the Lord)
Don’t turn faith into war
(That’s not what it’s for)

Christian Zionist…
(Twisted fist)
What kind of future
(Are you sure you can endure?)

Ahhh, man
(Ahhh, men)

About the Song
Christian Zionism, Biblical Prophecy, and the War With Iran
The connection between Christian Zionism and Trump’s foreign policy deserves particular scrutiny.

Support for Israel among evangelical Christians is not exclusively theological; it also reflects strategic, cultural, historical, and political considerations. However, for some Christian Zionist constituencies, support for Israel is tied to specific interpretations of biblical prophecy and the End Times.

The connection between Christian Zionism and Trump’s foreign policy deserves particular scrutiny. Many Evangelical Christians believe they can hasten the “second coming of Christ” by bringing about the apocalypse. According to their interpretation of biblical prophecy, this involves Israel reclaiming Jerusalem, Jesus returning, and ultimately condemning Jews and Muslims to hell while “saving” those deemed the “true believers.” For numerous “Christian Zionists,” especially influential evangelists aligned with the Republican Party, support for Israel is less about political strategy and more about its supposed role in biblical prophecy. In this worldview, war is not something to be avoided but embraced as a divine necessity—an inevitable and even celebratory step toward Jesus’ rule from the Temple Mount in Jerusalem.

The Commander’s Directive: Troops reported being told the bombing was “all part of God’s divine plan”. The commander allegedly stated that “President Donald Trump has been anointed by Jesus to light the signal fire in Iran to cause Armageddon and mark his return to Earth.”

“Tuesday will be Power Plant Day, and Bridge Day, all wrapped up in one, in Iran. There will be nothing like it!!! Open the Fuckin’ Strait, you crazy bastards, or you’ll be living in Hell — JUST WATCH! Praise be to Allah.”

Pete Hegseth identifies as a Christian and a Zionist. During the U.S.–Israel conflict with Iran, the framing of the conflict as a “holy war” or a biblical fulfillment of the end times has generated significant scrutiny.

Several key quotes highlight the religious and theological rhetoric surrounding the war, coming from government officials, military watchdog complaints, and international observers:

From Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth
U.S. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has faced scrutiny for incorporating explicit Christian rhetoric and invoking divine protection or scripture, such as stating that American forces are fighting religious fanatics seeking an “Armageddon”, affirming that God’s providence protects U.S. troops, quoting Psalm 144 at the Pentagon, and drawing criticism at a Pentagon worship service for praying for “overwhelming violence of action against those who deserve no mercy”.

From Military Commanders (Watchdog Complaints)
The Military Religious Freedom Foundation (MRFF) flagged complaints from service members alleging that commanders utilized end-times theology to motivate personnel, including claims that the conflict was part of God’s plan and that political figures were anointed to spark Armageddon.

From Regional and International Leaders
Other leaders have invoked biblical allegories, while religious figures have pushed back against these justifications. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu drew on the story of Purim to suggest the end of the Iranian regime, whereas Pope Leo XIV condemned the conflict and quoted Isaiah 1:15 to argue that God rejects the prayers of leaders waging war with “hands… full of blood”.

White Nationalist

[Intro]
Red, white, and blue
(What’s he selling you?)
Flags up high
(Who’s asking why?)

Proud and loud
(Bowing to the crowd)
Shout it out
(What hate’s about?)

[Verse 1]
Blame the stranger, blame the poor
Build a wall and slam the door
Call it freedom, call it pride
Keep the facts and truth outside

Point a finger, stir the fear
Tell the crowd what they wanna hear
Wrap exclusion in a flag
Sell a dream inside a bag!

[Pre-Chorus]
Ignorance (is no excuse)
Arrogance (is on the loose)

[Chorus]
Irrational-ist
(White nationalist)
Raised fist
(Proud and loud)

White?
(Not quite right!)
Right?
(Not quite right!)

In the head…
(Braindead)

Got a heart?
(Won’t start)

Beats at the rate
(… of hate!)
Irate!
(Berate!)

[Verse 2]
Tariffs rising, prices climb
Who’s the loser every time?
Trade wars hit the family store
Working folks pay even more

Deficits grow, the debt piles high
Big bold promises don’t tell you why
Interest payments take their share
Who’s left holding the bill out there?

[Pre-Chorus]
Ignorance (is no excuse)
Arrogance (is on the loose)

[Chorus]
Irrational-ist
(White nationalist)
Raised fist
(Proud and loud)

White?
(Not quite right!)
Right?
(Not quite right!)

In the head…
(Braindead)

Got a heart?
(Won’t start)

Beats at the rate
(… of hate!)
Irate!
(Berate!)

[Verse 3]
“America First!” is the battle cry
But look at the cost as the numbers climb
Favored friends get the golden deal
While ordinary households feel

“Make us great!” is the grand refrain
But who gets the gain and who gets the pain?
When the slogan’s loud and the facts don’t fit
Ask who profits from the political grift!

[Bridge]
[Instrumental: Banjo Solo]
Flag waving
(Fear craving)
Crowd roaring
(Truth ignoring)

Blame and shame
(That’s the game)
Strongman pose
(There it goes!)

Ultranationalism
(Authoritarianism)
Scapegoat the few
(To distract from the true)

Patriotism isn’t hate
Or a license to manipulate
A nation isn’t one man’s throne
And a flag belongs to everyone!

Proud and loud!
(Question the crowd!)
Raised fist!
(Resist the twist!)

Check the cost!
(Count what’s lost!)
Follow the money!
(Who’s getting the honey?)

[Verse 4]
You can’t build strength by spreading fear
Or make truth disappear
You can’t make every problem go away
By blaming someone else today

A healthy nation needs the facts
Not a slogan to cover the cracks
Justice, fairness, room to stand
A future built by every hand!

[Pre-Chorus]
Ignorance (is no excuse)
Arrogance (is on the loose)

[Final Chorus]
Irrational-ist
(White nationalist)
Raised fist
(Proud and loud)

White?
(Not quite right!)
Right?
(Not quite right!)

In the head…
(Braindead)

Got a heart?
(Won’t start)

Beats at the rate
(… of hate!)
Irate!
(Berate!)

Irrational-ist
(What’s the real cost?)
Nationalist
(Who’s getting lost?)

White?
(Not quite right!)
Right?
(Show us the light!)

[Outro]
No more fear
(The truth is here)
No more lies
(Open your eyes)

A nation strong
(Doesn’t need hate)
A future fair
(We all create)

Proud and loud?
(Think it through!)
Red, white, and blue
(Belongs to you, too!)

Ignorance?
(Is no excuse!)
Arrogance?
(Out of use!)

White nationalist…
(Not in our name!)
A flag for all…
(Not a game!)

About the Song
The Economy: Tariffs, Deficits, and the Cost of Corruption
Trump’s tariffs, acts of war, anti-science claims, white nationalist policies, and corruption have contributed to unprecedented trade and budget deficits and an unsustainable national debt at record levels. The resulting fiscal pressures compound the economic burden of interest payments, while federal borrowing adds upward pressure to interest rates.

The Trump administration’s claims that racist, bigoted, and white nationalist policies “Make America Great Again” and put “America First” are contradicted by the economic consequences of its policies. Tariffs raise costs, trade conflicts disrupt markets, and government resources are directed toward favored industries while American households bear the burden.

This is not economic nationalism delivering broad-based prosperity. It is an economic agenda that places ideological priorities and political interests above the financial well-being of ordinary Americans. Its rhetoric bears the hallmarks of neo-fascist propaganda: ultranationalism, scapegoating, authoritarianism, and the presentation of exclusionary policies as patriotic necessities.

Social Truth

[Intro]
Breaking news!
(Who’s breaking what?)
Another truth!
(Or maybe whatnot!)
The facts are facts
(Until they’re not)
Welcome to the circus
(Where the clowns call the shots!)

[Verse 1]
Wake up, check your timeline
See what everybody knows
Yet another prime time crime
Spun so the rumor grows

A rumor gets a rocket
A lie gets running shoes
And facts are in the corner
With a serious case of the blues

[Refrain]
Social truth
(Are you serious?)
Know’s no couth
(Must be delirious)

Nothing you do
(Is true)
Inflicting your insanity
(On all of humanity)

Shame, shame, shame
(You’re to blame)

[Verse 2]
You bend what is true
Till it breaks in half
Take a fact, twist it n’ spew
Turn the whole thing into laugh

Make an enemy of reason
Make a hero of deceit
Then convince the whole damn crowd
That the lies are indiscreet

[Refrain]
Social truth
(Are you serious?)
Know’s no couth
(Must be delirious)

Nothing you do
(Is true)
Inflicting your insanity
(On all of humanity)

Shame, shame, shame
(You’re to blame)

Truth is not a popularity contest
(Not a vote, not a trend)
A million people repeating a falsehood
(Doesn’t make it true in the end)

You can fool a few
(You can fool a crowd)
You can make a lie
(Sound awfully loud)

But reality keeps knocking
(At the door you barricade)
You can argue with the mirror
(But the image doesn’t fade!)

Fact check!
(What the heck?)
Double check!
(Who’s a wreck?)

Clickbait!
(Too late!)
Truth serum!
(Who can hear ’em?)

Is it factual…
(… or theatrical!)
Can you conceive
(How they believe)
Hook, line, and sinker
(Swallowed the thinker)

[Final Refrain]
Social truth
(Are you serious?)
Know’s no couth
(Must be delirious)

Nothing you do
(Is true)
Inflicting your insanity
(On all of humanity)

Shame, shame, shame
(You’re to blame)

[Outro]
Social truth
(Who’s keeping score?)
Social truth
(We can’t take much more!)

Shame, shame, shame
(Stop playing the game!)
Shame, shame, shame
(Truth isn’t yours to rename!)

Social truth…
(Are you serious?)
Social truth…
(Or just delirious?)

Lame (brain)

Repeat Offender

[Intro]
Order the drums!
(Bring up the brass!)
Another headline!
(Another pass!)

Who’s keeping score?
(There’s always more!)
And who’s supposed to answer
When the cannons roar?

[Verse 1]
There’s a man behind the podium
With a finger on the switch
He can call it peace and order
While the consequences twitch

He can dress it up in patriotism
He can wrap it in a flag
But the truth keeps coming knocking
With a body in the bag

There’s a lawyer with a question
There’s a witness with a name
There’s a mountain of excuses
And a pattern all the same

[Pre-Chorus]
Who gave the order?
(Who paid the price?)
Who counts the children?
(Who rolls the dice?)

[Refrain]
The commander
(Is a repeat offender)
Crimes of war…
(And so much more)

Bombing babies
(Starving kids)
Must have rabies
(Doin’ the devil’s bids)

Repeat offender
(Meet the people’s defender)
After all you do…
(Your dues come due)

[Verse 2]
There’s a city under rubble
There’s a mother in the dust
There’s a hospital without power
There’s a promise turned to rust

There’s a child who needs a blanket
There’s a child who needs a meal
There’s a child who needs a future
More than all that you steal

And the cameras keep on rolling
While the talking heads explain
How the people who were shattered
Are a footnote to the game

[Pre-Chorus]
Who checks the target?
(Who checks the claim?)
Who bears the burden?
(Who takes the blame?)

[Refrain]
The commander
(Is a repeat offender)
Crimes of war…
(And so much more)

Bombing babies
(Starving kids)
Must have rabies
(Doing the devil’s bids)

Repeat offender
(Meet the people’s defender)
After all you do…
(Your dues come due)

[Bridge]
No crown above the law
(No rank beyond review)
No power without limits
(No special pass for you)

[Instrumental]

Who’s accountable?
(Who’s accountable?)
Who’s untouchable?
(Nobody’s untouchable!)

Who gets justice?
(We want justice!)

[Verse 3]
The commander gives a statement
Says the mission’s justified
While the people count their losses
And the wounded try to hide

And the ones who signed the papers
And the ones who pulled the strings
May discover that accountability
Applies to powerful kings

Repeat offender!
(Answer for the record!)
Repeat offender!
(Who protects the unprotected?)
Crimes of war!
(More than anyone before)

[Final Refrain]
The commander
(Is a repeat offender)
Crimes of war…
(And so much more)

Bombing babies
(Starving kids)
Must have rabies
(Doing the devil’s bids)

[Outro]
Repeat offender
(Meet the people’s defender)
After all you do…
(Your dues come due)

Repeat offender!
(The record remembers!)
Repeat offender!
(The law still renders!)

Repeat offender!
(No throne lasts forever!)
After all you do…
(Your dues come due!)

The commander…
(Is a repeat offender)
The people…
(The children will remember)
The law…
(Must answer the call)

No one…
(No one…)
Is above it all.

About the Song
Today’s new release, “Repeat Offender,” sadly, could be about far too many people in positions of power. It was inspired by the children in Gaza, the schoolchildren at Shajareh Tayyebeh Elementary School in Minab, Hormozgan Province, Iran, and the approximately 700,000 Ukrainian children Russia claims to have taken from their homeland.

The lyrics confront the devastating human cost of war, the use of power without accountability, and the tendency to bury suffering beneath political rhetoric and military justifications. But the song also makes an important distinction: accusations must be investigated, evidence must be examined, and justice must follow the rule of law. No title, uniform, or position of authority should place anyone above accountability.

The refrain, “After all you do… your dues come due,” is a reminder that power does not erase responsibility. Children are not collateral statistics. They are human beings whose lives, families, education, and futures deserve protection.

Please listen, reflect, and share “Repeat Offender.” Speak up for children caught in conflicts they did not choose. Support credible humanitarian organizations working to protect children, provide food and medical care, reunite separated families, and document violations of international law. Demand transparency, independent investigations, and accountability for those responsible, regardless of their nationality, political affiliation, or position.

Silence makes it easier to look away. Our voices can help keep the victims visible and remind those in power that the world is watching.

Guns or Butter

[Intro]
But, but (… butter?)

Well, well, well…
What’s it gonna be?
A bigger pile of weapons…
Or your lunch for free?

You can build a bigger cannon,
You can polish up the brass,
But if everybody’s hungry,
How long’s the party gonna last?

[Verse 1]
There’s a factory on the corner
Making bullets by the ton
There’s a kid across the street
Who hasn’t eaten since the sun

[Pre-Chorus]
Move it to the left
(Move it to the right)
Count the cost
(Of your fight)

[Refrain]
Guns or butter
(You better get some)
Guns or butter
(You just might get none)

Butter’s better
(Guns on the run)
Make you bitter
(Ruin the fun)

[Verse 2]
Build another battleship
Build another missile shield
Who’ll be left to pay the bill
When the hungry take the field?

[Pre-Chorus]
Raise the budget
(Raise the stakes)
Cut the table
(Who cuts the cake?)

[Refrain]
Guns or butter
(You better get some)
Guns or butter
(You just might get none)

Butter’s better
(Guns on the run)
Make you bitter
(Ruin the fun)

[Bridge – Half-time, bass and drums]
Guns might guard the border
(Guns might win a fight)
But butter feeds the children
(Each day through sthe night)

No bread, no butter
(No peace of mind)
No room at the table
(What did you find?)

A mountain of steel
(A mountain of debt)
The biggest gun in the world
Can’t be supper yet!

Guns! Guns! Guns!
(Who’s paying the bill?)
Butter! Butter!
(Who’s working the till?)

Guns! Guns! Guns!
(Shiny and new!)
Butter! Butter!
(What about you?)

What do you eat?
(Bread and butter!)
What do you need?
(Not endless slaughter!)

[Final Refrain]
Guns or butter
(You better get some)
Guns or butter
(You just might get none)

Butter’s better
(Guns on the run)
Make you bitter
(Ruin the fun)

[Outro]
Guns or butter
(It’s not just a game)
Guns or butter
(Who’s left to blame?)

Butter’s better
(When the day is done)
You can’t eat bullets
(But you can feed someone!)

But, but … butter
(Would be better)
Win the battle if you’re able…
And still lose the dinner table.

Debauch

[Intro]
Step right up!
(Welcome to the show!)
Where the wicked wear a halo
(And the good don’t get to know)

Pull back the curtain
(What’s that you see?)
A mess of madness
(A whole lot of depravity!)

… covered in sadness…

[Verse 1]
There’s a shadow in the mirror
With a smile that doesn’t fit
There’s a promise on the table
And a thief who’s sitting with it

There’s a handshake hiding poison
There’s a contract hiding lies
There’s a thousand little victims
And a million alibis

Take a little bit of conscience
Throw it out the door
When you can’t feel another’s pain
You can always take some more

[Refrain]
Debauch all
(Diabolical)
A spectral
(… of evil)

Lie, cheat, and steal
(All that is real)
No empathy… doesn’t feel
(Launch debauch)

[Verse 2]
Sell the truth for pocket change
Sell the future for a deal
Turn a neighbor into numbers
Turn a wound into a spiel

Make the greedy look like winners
Make the ruthless look refined
Put a price tag on compassion
Leave the human heart behind

If the people start complaining
Call their suffering a show
If the evidence gets ugly
Tell the audience to go

There’s a ladder made of broken trust
And a throne built out of fear
And the ones who climb the highest
Never seem to shed a tear

[Refrain]
Debauch all
(Diabolical)
A spectral
(… of evil)

Lie, cheat, and steal
(All that is real)
No empathy… doesn’t feel
(Launch debauch)

When conscience becomes inconvenient
(Throw conscience away)
When truth becomes a liability
(Make truth obey)

When cruelty becomes business
(And greed becomes law)
When the powerful take everything
(In jaw-dropping awe)

Lie!
(That’s the ticket!)
Cheat!
(Go on, get it!)
Steal!
(What’s the deal?)

No remorse!
(Stay the course!)

Who took the money?
(Who took the cash?)
… it really isn’t funny
(Deserving of a lash)

Who told the lie?
(Money answers why)
Who gets the benefit?
(The ones up high!)

Where’s the conscience?
(Out of sight!)
Where’s the compassion?
(Left the fight!)

What happens next?
(We choose the plot!)
Debauch all?
(Or stop the rot!)

[Refrain]
Debauch all
(Diabolical)
A spectral
(… of evil)

[Final Refrain]
Debauch all
(Diabolical)
A spectral
(… of evil)

Lie, cheat, and steal
(All that is real)
No empathy… doesn’t feel
(Launch debauch!)

[Outro]
Debauch all
(Expose the rot!)
Debauch all
(Forget me not!)

Lie, cheat, and steal
(That’s not the deal!)
No empathy… doesn’t feel
(We know the real!)

No shame!
(Lust fame!)
No conscience?
(Pay the consequence!)
Take it all!
(Watch it fall!)

Mar-a-Lago Face

[Intro]
Welcome to the land of the golden glow!
Where bigger is better…
And subtlety has got to go!

Pucker up!
(Chin up!)
Freeze that smile!
We’re going spastic
(… full on plastic…)
In presidential style!

[Verse 1]
Orange glow and porcelain teeth
Cheekbones climbing way beneath
Lips inflated, eyebrows high
Frozen smiles that could make ya cry

Spray-tan sunsets, lashes wide
A little more on either side
Mirror, mirror, tell me true…
Who’s that staring back at you?

[Pre-Chorus]
Smooth it out, pump it up
Fill the glass and fill the cup
Turn the dial, erase the trace
Everybody wants that face!

[Chorus]
Mar-a-Lago (Face)
What a (Disgrace)
Oh! (No no, no)
Mar-a-Lago (Go)

Gag me with a spoon
(Sure ain’t gonna swoon)
‘Cause this ain’t Halloween
(Do ya know what I mean?)

[Verse 2]
Bee-sting lips and sculpted cheeks
A brand-new look for every week
Botox brows that never bend
A frozen frown that won’t quite end

Porcelain veneers, a polished grin
How much more can you fit in?
Taut as strings and smooth as glass
Beauty’s running out of gas!

[Pre-Chorus]
Smooth it out, pump it up
Fill the glass and fill the cup
Turn the dial, erase the trace
Everybody wants that face!

[Chorus]
Mar-a-Lago (Face)
What a (Disgrace)
Oh! (No no, no)
Mar-a-Lago (Go)

Gag me with a spoon
(Sure ain’t gonna swoon)
‘Cause this ain’t Halloween
(Know what I mean)

[Verse 3]
From the ballroom to the screen
Everybody’s chasing pristine
Flashbulbs pop, the cameras roll
Maximalist is the goal

Natural lines? A mortal sin!
Better smooth that forehead in
Subtlety has left the place
Welcome to the makeover race!

[Bridge]
Who’s got the pout?
(Without a doubt!)
Who’s got the glow?
(Not for real… just for show)

Who’s got the brows?
(Up to the clouds!)
Who’s got the face?
(It’s taking over the place!)

Wait a minute…
Hold that pose!
Can you still laugh?
Will your eyes close…?

[Instrumental]

Pucker!
Freeze!
Tan!
Tease!

It’s not the filler.
It’s not the tan.
It’s not the face of any one fan.

It’s when the subtle disappears,
And every mirror cheers and cheers.

There’s nothing wrong with growing old,
Or choosing what you want to show.
But when the trend becomes a race…
A beautiful face?
(There is no trace)

[Final Chorus]
Mar-a-Lago (Face)
What a (Disgrace)
Oh! (No no, no)
Mar-a-Lago (Go)

Gag me with a spoon
(Sure ain’t gonna swoon)
‘Cause this ain’t Halloween
(Know what I mean)

[Outro]
Mar-a-Lago (Face)
Frozen in (Place)
Smile for the (Show)
Nowhere left to (Go)

Gag me with a spoon
(We’re leaving soon)
When every look’s a magazine…
(Know what I mean!)

About the Song
The aesthetic often referred to as a botched, overly dramatic plastic surgery look associated with certain public figures in the Republican party is known pejoratively as “Mar-a-Lago face” (or “MAGA face”).

The term, named after Donald Trump’s private club in Palm Beach, Florida, describes an aggressive, “maximalist” approach to cosmetic procedures rather than a natural or subtle look. Plastic surgeons and media outlets characterize the look by a specific combination of exaggerated facial enhancements:
• Overfilled features: Unusually smooth, heavy use of dermal fillers that create puffy “bee-sting” lips and highly voluminous, dramatic cheekbones.
• Frozen expressions: Exaggerated use of Botox resulting in completely wrinkle-free visages, taut necks, and frozen or sharply peaked eyebrows (sometimes referred to online as a “Spock brow”).
• Distinct styling: The procedures are frequently paired with specific styling choices, including heavy spray tans, prominent porcelain veneers, dark smoky eye makeup, and large fake eyelashes.

While individuals across the political spectrum undergo cosmetic enhancements, cultural critics and sociologists note that the specific “Mar-a-Lago face” trend is distinguished by its overt, high-visibility nature. Political strategists and commentators suggest the aesthetic has grown popular among some party insiders as a form of deference to Trump’s personal, camera-centric preferences for flashy, stylized beauty standards.

Rigged Rigmarole

[Intro]
Step right up!
(Come on in!)
Place your bets!
(You can’t win!)

The rules are changing…
(The fix is in!)
Round and round…
(Here we go again!)

[Verse 1]
Welcome to the big parade
Where the deals are secretly made
Smoke and mirrors, sleight of hand
Who’s in charge? The rubber band!

[Chorus]
Rigged rigmarole
(It’s a free for all)
Anything goes
(Slaps and blows)

The role…
(… of the bunghole)
Rigged rigmarole

[Verse 2]
Spin the story, stir the pot
Tell them what they want a lot
Make a promise, break it twice
Sell the wreckage as a paradise

[Chorus]
Rigged rigmarole
(It’s a free for all)
Anything goes
(Slaps and blows)

The role…
(… of the bunghole)
Rigged rigmarole

[Bridge]
Is it a contest?
(Or a con?)
Is it a principle?
(Or just a pawn?)

Is it a circus?
(Who’s the clown?)
Who’s pulling strings…
(While the house burns down?)

[Instrumental]

Round and round!
(Spin the wheel!)
What’s the truth?
(What’s the deal?)

Round and round!
(Watch it fall!)
Rigged rigmarole…
(Free for all!)

The rigmarole is the distraction.
The rules are the real attraction.

[Final Chorus]
Rigged rigmarole
(It’s a free for all)
Anything goes
(Slaps and blows)

The role…
(… of the bunghole)
Rigged rigmarole

[Outro]
Rigged rigmarole
(Spin it some more)
Who’s keeping score?
(Who’s the whore?)

Round and round…
(Here we go…)
Rules for them…
(Didn’t you know?)

One more spin…
(One more lie…)
Rigged rigmarole…
(Until we ask why!)

Off to the Races

[Intro]
On your mark…
(Get set…)
Don’t look back…
(No! Not yet!)

One, two…
(One, two…)
And they’re off!
(What a zoo!)

[Verse 1]
Off and running, nobody knows
Where the finish line is, or how it goes
Dust in the air and a blur of faces
Hush! Now… “off to the races!”

[Refrain]
Of all the places…
(I’ve seen and been)
Off to the races…
(Is still foreign)

Chase that rabbit
(Out of habit)
Dare to stop…?
(Feel the riding crop!)

Run (Run, run, run)
No, don’t ask (How come?)
Run (Run, run, run)
… till I say (“You’re done”)

[Verse 2]
The rabbit’s running with a watch in hand
Says there’s no time to understand
The clock keeps ticking, the pace gets rough
But nobody asks who’s setting the stuff

A carrot dangling just ahead
A thousand thoughts inside your head
You think you’re choosing where to go
While someone else controls the show

[Refrain]
Of all the places…
(I’ve seen and been)
Off to the races…
(Is still foreign)

Chase that rabbit
(Out of habit)
You dare to stop…?
(Drop!)
Feel the riding crop!

Run (Run, run, run)
No, don’t ask (How come?)
Run (Run, run, run)
… till I say (“You’re done”)

Who picked the race?
(Who drew the track?)
Who holds the whip?
(Who cracks it back?)

Run!
(Why?)
Run!
(No time to cry)

Run!

Stop…
(Just stop)
Listen…
(What’s that sound?)

Your own thoughts…
(Coming round)
No more chasing…
(No more pace)

Look around…
(Leave the race)

[Final Refrain]
Of all the places…
(I’ve seen and been)
Off to the races…
(Is still foreign)

Chase that rabbit
(Out of habit)
Dare to stop…?
(Forget the crop!)

[Outro]
Run (Run, run, run)
No, don’t ask (How come?)
Run (Run, run, run)
… till I say (“You’re done”)

Of all the places…
(I’ve seen and been)
Off to the races…
(Where does it end?)

Chase that rabbit
(Question the habit)
Dare to stop…?
(You don’t have to trot!)

Run (Run, run, run)
Now ask (How come?)
Run (Run, run, run)
… or turn around!

The rabbit runs…
(The clock still spins)
The crowd still cheers…
(The race begins)

But I stepped off…
(I’m breathing in)

Off to the races…
(Where do I begin?)

Significantly

[Intro]
Something happened…
(What went wrong?)
Something’s changing…
(For how long?)

Impact!
(Reaction!)
Cause and effect…
(What’s next?)

[Verse 1]
A little pressure, a little shove
A sudden change we’re thinking of
The signal hits, the system sways
And hesitation fills the days

We see the signs, we know the score
We’ve seen this pattern all before
But knowing isn’t doing, right?
We stall until we lose the light

[Refrain]
Impacted
(Significantly)
Reacted
(Hesitantly)

… why?
(Exactly)

It’s time to improve
(Our move)
Meant… (Move)
Move… (Meant)

MOVEMENT

[Verse 2]
We draw the line, we make the plan
Then change the plan and change again
The facts arrive, the warnings grow
But do we act or take it slow?

A thousand reasons not to start
A thousand ways to miss the mark
Making a choice can shift the frame
And doing nothing’s still a game

[Refrain]
Impacted
(Significantly)
Reacted
(Hesitantly)

… why?
(Exactly)

It’s time to improve
(Our move)
Meant… (Move)
Move… (Meant)

MOVEMENT

Impact (Of intention.)
Reaction (For resolution.)

Move!
(Meant!)
Meant!
(Move!)
Move!
(Meant!)
MEANT TO MOVE!
(… improvement)

[Final Refrain]
Impacted
(Significantly)
Reacted
(Hesitantly)

… why?
(Exactly)

It’s time to improve
(Our move)
Meant… (Move)
Move… (Meant)

MOVEMENT!

[Outro]
Impacted
(Significantly)
No more waiting
(Indefinitely)

… why?
(Exactly)

It’s time to improve
(Our move)
Meant… (Move)
Move… (Meant)

MOVEMENT!

Meant…
(Move)
Move…
(Meant)
The thought…
(The deed)
The need…
(The speed)
Meant…
(Move)
Move…
(Meant)
MOVEMENT!

If the impact is significant…
(Don’t be indifferent!)

Shift of Burden

[Intro]
[Spoken]
The meaning of “true”
(When the burden shifts upon you)

[Instrumental]
Something’s changing
Out of sight
Moving closer
Into the light

What we thought
Was far away
Is standing here
With us today

[Verse 1]
We drew the lines
We made the rules
We built our worlds
We played the fools

We passed the weight
From hand to hand
And hoped the future
Would understand

A distant problem
A passing cloud
A quiet warning
We talked around

But time keeps moving
The walls grow thin
And what was out there
Is closing in

[Pre-Chorus]
The meaning of “true”
(When the burden shifts upon you)

You can look away
You can turn your head
You can leave the words
Unsaid

But the weight keeps moving
The balance bends
And the burden shifts
Again and again

[Refrain]
And what might appear
(Suddenly)
Feel the shift of burden

A concept once far
(Now near)
… really
(Feelin’ the shift of burden)

[Verse 2]
The cost was hidden
The risk deferred
The warning written
But never heard

We sent the bill
To another day
And thought the debt
Would fade away

The ground beneath us
Begins to move
And what seemed distant
Comes into view

[Pre-Chorus]
The meaning of “true”
(When the burden shifts upon you)

From the future
To today
From somebody else
To us this way

From the margins
To the core
What we could ignore
We can ignore no more

[Refrain]
And what might appear
(Suddenly)
Feel the shift of burden

A concept once far
(Now near)
… really
(Feelin the shift of burden)

[Bridge]
The meaning of “true”
(When the burden shifts upon you)

Shift it left
(Shift it right)
Keep it hidden
(Brought to light)

Pass it forward
(Pass it down)
Until the weight
Comes back around

What was abstract
Becomes real
What was dismissed
Is what we feel

The burden changes
The balance turns
Ahh, another lesson
Is ours to learn

Far away…
(Far away…)

Coming near…
(Coming clear…)

Feel the pressure
Feel it turn

Feel the shift
Of burden!

[Final Refrain]
And what might appear
(Suddenly)
Feel the shift of burden

A concept once far
(Now near)
… really
(Feelin the shift of burden)

And what might appear
(Suddenly)
Now standing right before me

A concept once far
(Now near)
… clearly
(Feelin the shift of burden)

[Outro]
The meaning of “true”
(When the burden shifts upon you)

When…
Far becomes near
(Right here!)
And our deal…
(… becomes real)

Weight becomes something
(We all can feel)

Feel the shift…
(Feel the shift…)
Of burden.
(Once again!)
Feel the shift…
(Feel the shift…)
Of burden.

Misunderstood

[Intro]
Right or wrong
Black or white
Know the judge
Got it right?

Words are flying
Voices loud
Truth gets lost
Inside the crowd

[Verse 1]
You see a villain
I see a fool
You see a threat
… a broken rule

We judge the surface
We miss the soul
We count the losses
Forget the whole

[Pre-Chorus]
Is it what we say
Or what we mean?
Is it what we know
Or what we’ve seen?

When a difference
Becomes a feud
Maybe the problem
Is the attitude

[Refrain]
Is the difference
… between bad and good
(Misunderstood)

The populace…
(Doesn’t seem as it should)

Realize
(Rise)
… above
(With the love)

[Verse 2]
A different language
A different view
A different story
Is it something new?

We hear an accent
We see a face
And make assumptions
In our disgrace

[Pre-Chorus]
Is there a reason
Behind the rage?
Is there a story
Behind the page?

[Refrain]
Is the difference
… between bad and good
(Misunderstood)

The populace…
(Doesn’t seem as it should)

Realize
(Rise)
… above
(With the love)

[Bridge]
No opinion
Deserves a pass
A promise
Is built to last

[Breakdown]
Bad or good?
(Misunderstood)
Lost or found?
(What’s going down?)

Hear the voice
(See the face)
Leave a little
Room for grace!

[Final Refrain]
Is the difference
… between bad and good
(Misunderstood)

The populace…
(Doesn’t seem as it should)

Realize
(Rise)
… rise above
(In the love)

Is the difference
… between bad and good
(Misunderstood)

Look beyond
(The neighborhood)

Realize
(Rise)
… rise above
(Join the love)

[Outro]
Not blind acceptance
Not endless blame
Look for the truth
Before you name

Realize
(Rise)

… rise above
(Be the love)

Misunderstood…
Can we rise above?
(Love, love, love)

Said Out Loud

[Intro]
Lie, cheat, and steal
(For real… the deal)

[Verse 1]
Turn on the screen, another show
Another deal we ought to know
A golden promise, a flashing sign
A little hustle dressed up fine

The headlines spin, the numbers fly
The truth gets buried in the why
And if you think it’s all okay
Just watch the money slip away

[Pre-Chorus]
Follow the dollars, follow the trail
Listen close when the stories fail
When the smoke clears, look around
Who’s standing tall? Who’s going down?

[Chorus]
In case your head is in a cloud
(I’ll let it be said out loud)
He can grift more in a single day
(Than all presidents in history)

Did you hear what I have to say?
(It really isn’t a mystery)

[Verse 2]
Sell the dream and sell the name
Turn every setback into blame
Make a fortune from the fuss
Then tell the crowd it’s good for us

A brand, a bargain, a grand parade
Another promise that won’t be made
The rules are different when you’re king
And every failure’s someone else’s thing

[Pre-Chorus]
Follow the money, follow the claims
Watch the profits, watch the games
When the facts refuse to bend
The spin begins again, again

[Chorus]
In case your head is in a cloud
(I’ll let it be said out loud)
He can grift more in a single day
(Than all presidents in history)

Did you hear what I have to say?
(It really isn’t a mystery)

[Bridge]
It’s not a question of red or blue
It’s what they sell and what is true
Who pays the price? Who gets the prize?
Who’s cashing in before our eyes?

[Final Chorus]
In case your head is in a cloud
(We’re saying it out loud)
Follow the money, follow the play
(Ask who’s winning every day)

Did you hear what I have to say?
(The facts are there for all to weigh)
No smoke and mirrors, no mystery
(Just accountability)

[Outro]
Said out loud…
(Said out loud)
No more hiding in the crowd

Said out loud…
(Said out loud)
Truth is stronger than being proud

Now are you starting to see…
(It really isn’t a mystery)

Loggerheads

[Intro]
Heads up!
(Heads down!)
The White House fighting
(With anyone around)

[Verse 1]
Two big egos in a room
Easy to feel the gloom
Neither one will ever bend
Both determined just to win

Pointing fingers, raising hands
Drawing lines across the lands

[Pre-Chorus]
Round and round, the same old game
Old farts cast the same old blame
He won’t listens, never learns
Watch the world go up… it burns!

[Refrain]
The dead heads
(At loggerheads)
An active conflict
(… far, far from perfect)

The head loggerhead
(Is what we dread)
It could be said…
(A real blockhead)

[Verse 2]
Common sense has left the room
Stubbornness is free to bloom
Facts are facts until they’re not
When you’re fighting for your spot

[Pre-Chorus]
Who’s the winner? Who’s the fool?
Who’s the one who breaks the rule?
When the damage is complete
Who’s the one still on their feet?

[Refrain]
The dead heads
(At loggerheads)
An active conflict
(… far, far from perfect)

The head loggerhead
(Is what we dread)
It could be said…
(A real blockhead)

[Bridge]
A loggerhead is built to last
Hard-shelled, stubborn, holding fast
But a shell can be a prison
When you won’t accept revision

[Build-Up]
Heads up!
(Wake up!)
Who’s got the sense to break it up?

Stand tall!
(Think small!)
Big egos aren’t the answer at all!

[Refrain]
The dead heads
(At loggerheads)
An active conflict
(… far, far from perfect)

The head loggerhead
(Is what we dread)
It could be said…
(A real blockhead)

[Outro]
The dead heads
(At loggerheads)
Locked in a battle
(Meant to rattle)

The head loggerhead
(Is what we dread)
A stubborn old shell
(Sounds braindead!)

Out of His Gourd

[Intro]
Round and round the stories go
What he’ll do, we never know
Pumpkin head upon the throne
Smashing things he doesn’t own!

[Verse 1]
Promises piled up to the sky
Ask him why and hear him lie
Every deal’s a private score
Who’s gonna pay for this encore?

Cut the funds and raise the price
Sell us trouble, call it nice
Shake the tree and take the fruit
Then blame the people at the root!

[Refrain]
Is he out of his gourd
(Has he lost his mind)
More than we can afford
(Fallin’ further behind!)

Robbin’ us blind
(To be abrupt – corrupt)
Far, far from kind
(A mean obscene scene)

[Verse 2]
Look at all the bills we pay
While the grifters get their way
Working folks are stretched too thin
Who’s outside and who’s cashin’ in?

Rules for you and rules for me
Different rules for royalty
Tell us all we’re doin’ fine
While they help themselves to mine!

[Refrain]
Is he out of his gourd
(Has he lost his mind)
More than we can afford
(Fallin’ further behind!)

Robbin’ us blind
(To be abrupt – corrupt)
Far, far from kind
(A mean obscene scene)

[Bridge]
Gourd’s got a hole
(Where’d go the soul?)
Seeds on the floor
(What’s he takin’ us for?)

Big orange grin
(Where do we begin?)
Round as can be
(But who’s gettin’ free?)

The louder the boast
(The more we all roast)
The bigger the show
(The less we really know!)

[Verse 3]
Count the cost and check the score
Ask who’s richer than before
When the truth comes knocking loud
Can he fool the whole darn crowd?

[Refrain]
Is he out of his gourd
(Has he lost his mind)
More than we can afford
(Fallin’ further behind!)

Robbin’ us blind
(To be abrupt – corrupt)
Far, far from kind
(A mean obscene scene)

Gourd! (Gourd!) Out of his gourd!
Who’s gonna foot the bill?
Gourd! (Gourd!) Out of his gourd!
Who’s got the power still?

[Final Refrain]
Is he out of his gourd
(Has he lost his mind)
More than we can afford
(Fallin’ further behind!)

Robbin’ us blind
(To be abrupt – corrupt)
Far, far from kind
(A mean obscene scene)

Is he out of his gourd
(Or is this by design?)
Who’s keepin’ the score
(While we’re payin’ the fine?)

Robbin’ us blind
(It’s a hell of a grind)
Far, far from kind
(What a mean obscene scene!)

[Outro]
Round and round the stories go
Seeds of truth are all we sow
When the bills come due at last
Who’s gonna answer for the past?

Out of his gourd!
(Out of control!)
Out of his gourd!
(Definition of troll)

Wannabe

[Intro]
Wanna be, wanna be
Who you really wanna be?
Take a breath, unlock the door
There’s a whole lot more!

[Verse 1]
Wanna be somebody new
Wanna find a better view
Tired of the same old show
Wonder where the wild things grow

Got a dream behind your eyes
Got a heart that wants the skies
But the walls are closing in
Let the outside world begin!

[Refrain]
Are you a “wannabe”
(Do you wanna be free)
Free of your cage
(Free of your rage)

Come with me
(… come and see…)
Reality
(It’s lovely!)

[Verse 2]
Wanna be, but who will decide?
What’s behind those walls you hide?
Is it fear that holds you tight?
Or a world you haven’t tried?

Step outside and look around
Feel your feet upon the ground
All those things you thought you knew
May look different in the blue!

[Refrain]
Are you a “wannabe”
(Do you wanna be free)
Free of your cage
(Free of your rage)

Come with me
(… come and see…)
Reality
(It’s lovely!)

[Bridge]
Be what you are
(Don’t reach too far)
See what you see
(Just set it free)

Drop the disguise
(Open your eyes)
No need to pretend
(Let the old walls end!)

You don’t need to play a part
When you’re living from the heart
Life is more than make-believe
There’s so much more when you conceive!

Wanna, wanna, wanna be!
Come on out and look and see!
Wanna, wanna, wanna know!
There’s a world beyond the show!

[Final Refrain]
Are you a “wannabe”
(Do you wanna be free)
Free of your cage
(Free of your rage)

Come with me
(… come and see…)
Reality
(It’s lovely!)

Are you a “wannabe”
(There’s a world to see)
Leave your disguise
(Open your eyes)

Come with me
(… come and see…)
Reality
(It’s lovely!)

[Outro]
Wanna be?
(Just be free!)
Wanna see?
(Reality!)

Come with me…
It’s lovely!

Do You Even Know?

[Intro]
Here we go again…
(Oh, no, not same ole game)
Same old story
(Another round of blame)

Got a question?
(You don’t know)
Got the answers?
(Where’d they go?)

[Verse 1]
You read a headline
(You think you know)
You heard a rumor
(And off you go)

You skip the details
(You miss the facts)
Then point your finger
(And launch attacks)

A little knowledge
(A mighty show)
Big declarations
(With nowhere to go)

You want a debate
(But won’t engage)
Just keep on shouting
(On center stage)

[Pre-Chorus]
Show me the numbers
(Show me the proof)
Check your assumptions
(What’s the truth?)

If you’re so certain
(Then make it clear)
Answer the question
(We’re all ears!)

[Refrain]
Do you even know
(What you’re asking about)
Oh woe oh whoa
(Do you even know)

You keep casting doubt
(With the hot air you blow)
Love to cry and whine
(All of the time)

Please…
(Give us a break)
Geeze…
(We’ve had all we can take)

[Verse 2]
You move the goalposts
(When facts come through)
Change the subject
(When challenged by truth)

Demand an answer
(Then talk right past)
Nothing gets settled
(When nothing can last)

You call it research
(You share a link)
But did you read it?
(Stop and think!)

[Refrain]
Do you even know
(What you’re asking about)
Oh whoa woe… Oh!
(Do you even know)

You keep shouting it out
(But still don’t know)
Love to rant and rage
(The world’s your stage)

Please…
(Give us a break)
Geeze…
(We’ve had all we can take)

[Instrumental]

Know what you know
(Know what you don’t)
Make your case
(Or maybe you won’t)

Read it again
(Check it twice)
Facts aren’t feelings
(And truth isn’t nice)

Nobody knows everything
(That’s understood)
But do you know anything
(That can do us some good?)

If you want answers
(Then listen, too)
The burden of proof
(Applies to you!)

Don’t cry conspiracy
(Without a clue)
Don’t blame the world
(For questioning you)

Think it through
(Follow it through)
Look at the facts
(And check what’s true)

Less accusation
(More explanation)
Less aggravation
(More realization!)

[Final Refrain]
Do you even know
(What you’re asking about)
Oh woe oh whoa woe
(Do you even know)
Oh, oh, oh

You keep casting doubt
(And scream and shout)
Love to cry and whine
(All of the time)

Please…
(Give us a break)
Geeze…
(We’ve had all we can take)

Do you even know?
(Then let it show!)
Do you even know?
(Or just say so?)

[Outro]
Do you even know?
(Yes or no?)

We Don’t Know

[Intro]
Long ago there was an anthem
Absurd, but nobody knew a word
So mostly we would just try to hum some
and the rest of it went something like this:

[Refrain]
We don’t know
(The god damn words)
We don’t know
(The god damn words)

Nooo.. We don’t know
(The god damn words)

Then… we’d hum some…
(And… hmmmm… we’d hum some more)
… for sure…
… what you say is true
(We never knew…)
… a word…
(How absurd?)

And sure enough…
(Call my bluff)
It would come around again…
(Begin:)

[Refrain]
We don’t know
(The god damn words)
We don’t know
(The god damn words)

Nooo.. We don’t know
(The god damn words)

Then… we’d hum some…
(And… hmmmm… we’d hum some more)

[Refrain]
We don’t know
(The god damn words)
We don’t know
(The god damn words)

Nooo.. We don’t know
(The god damn words)

[Outro]
Then… we’d hum some…
(And… hmmmm… we’d hum some more)

Hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, the hmmm hmmmm
(No, we don’t… )
Hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, the hmmm hmmmm
(No, we don’t… )
And… hmmmm… we’d hum some more

Once again there is an anthem
Absurd, but nobody knows a word
So mostly we just try to hum some
(Shhh… so “the word” is mum)

Twisted Tight

[Intro]
Round and round
(What’s that sound?)
Twist the truth
(What’s the use?)

Talk it loud
(Work the crowd)
Change the story
(Claim the glory)

[Verse 1]
A little lie
(Watch it grow)
Tell it twice
(There it goes)

Move the goalposts
(Change the rules)
Play the victim
(Play the fool)

Facts are facts
(That’s the rub)
Spin them sideways
(Work the club)

When the truth
(Becomes a threat)
Blame somebody
(Place your bet)

[Pre-Chorus]
Who’s the enemy?
(Who gets the blame?)
Who’s the winner?
(Who’s in the game?)

Follow the money
(Follow the trail)
When reason goes missing
(Truth goes to jail)

[Refrain]
Is he twisted
(A little too tight)
Yes, he just might…
(Have resisted…)

Rhyme and reason
(Reason and rhyme)
Perhaps treason
(And the highest crime)

[Verse 2]
Power hungry
(Feed the flame)
Every critic
(Gets a nickname)

Call it justice
(Call it right)
Keep the people
(Primed to fight)

Make a promise
(Break it soon)
Sell tomorrow
(For a cartoon)

Raise the tariffs
(Raise the cost)
Claim a victory
(Count what’s lost)

[Pre-Chorus]
Where’s the evidence?
(Show your work!)
Where’s the honesty?
(Behind the smirk?)

Check the record
(Check the facts)
Watch the story
(Change its tracks)

[Refrain]
Is he twisted
(A little too tight)
Yes, he just might…
(Have resisted…)

Rhyme and reason
(Reason and rhyme)
Perhaps treason
(And the highest crime)

[Bridge]
Twist it right
(Twist it tight)
Hide the truth
(Out of sight)

Say it louder
(Make it stick)
Smoke and mirrors
(Oldest trick)

Who’s confused?
(Who’s amused?)
Who’s the one
(Being used?)

A crown ain’t a conscience
(A title ain’t truth)
A boast ain’t proof
(And power ain’t proof)

The law stands higher
(Than any man)
Accountability
(That’s the plan)

No one’s above it
(No one’s immune)
The truth keeps knocking
(It’s coming soon)

Rhyme and reason
(Reason and rhyme)
Read the record
(Every time)

Twisted stories
(Twisted tight)
Bring them out
(Into the light!)

[Final Refrain]
Is he twisted
(A little too tight)
Yes, he just might…
(Have resisted…)

Rhyme and reason
(Reason and rhyme)
Perhaps treason
(And the highest crime)

Is he twisted?
(Who’s to say?)
Check new evidence
(Each and every day!)

Rhyme and reason
(Strip away the spin)
Truth is waiting
(Where facts begin!)

Dance Around the Details

[Intro]
Ladies and gentlemen…
Watch closely.
They’re moving very fast…
Just don’t ask where they’re going!
(Surely… it can’t last?)

[Verse 1]
Got a question, change the subject
Got a fact, they try to duck it
Make a promise, make a fuss
Then explain it’s not about us

Twist a phrase and turn it ’round
Keep the truth from being found
Talk in circles, take a bow
What’s the question anyhow?

[Bridge]
A little shuffle
(A little spin)
Never answer
(Just grin, grin, grin!)

[Refrain]
At any chance…
(Watch ’em dance)
Around the details

Forget “like snails”
(They double-time)
To the rhythm of the rhyme

Their stance:
(Dance!)
Around the details

[Verse 2]
Cherry-pick a little here
Leave the inconvenient facts unclear
Move the goalposts down the line
Call it evidence, call it fine
When the details start to bite
Change the subject overnight

[Bridge]
Spin that story
(One more time)
Hide the answer
(Inside the rhyme)

[Refrain]
At any chance…
(Watch ’em dance)
Around the details

Forget “like snails”
(They double-time)
To the rhythm of the rhyme

Their stance:
(Dance!)
Around the details

[Bridge]
What’s the date?
(That’s not the issue!)
What’s the source?
(Why should we miss you?)

Show the work!
(That’s too much trouble!)
Check the facts!
(We’ll make them double!)

Where’s the proof?
(Just trust the sound!)
Who said that?
(The word goes ’round!)

No straight answer
(No clear trail)
Just another
(Dance routine for sale!)

Question! (Answer!)
Fact check! (Can’t you?)
Evidence! (Show it!)
Truth now! (Know it!)

Left! (Right!)
Spin! (Twirl!)
Dance around
(The whole wide world!)

[Final Refrain]
At any chance…
(Watch ’em dance)
Around the details

Forget “like snails”
(They double-time)
To the rhythm of the rhyme

Their stance:
(Dance!)
Around the details

[Outro]
One step forward…
(Two steps back!)
One fact missing…
(That’s their track!)

Round and round
(They never fail)
To dance around…
(The details!)

Don’t be a jerk…
Show your work!
(Don’t dance around!)
Solid proof is sound

Run Ragged

[Intro]
Ladies and gentlemen…
The royal performance is about to begin.
Another day, another outrage…
And the world’s still watching again and again.

[Verse 1]
Strutting round the grand ballroom
Acting like the king of the room
Throws a tantrum, points a finger
Leaves the damage just to linger

Each promise, each boast
Turns to smoke and empty toast
Waves the flag and claims the prize
While the truth gets victimized

[Pre-Chorus]
Round and round, the stories spin
Blame the world for every sin
Make a scene, then disappear
Leaving everybody else to bear…

[Refrain]
Run ragged
(By the royal haggard)
His running rage
(Across the world stage)

Lie after lie
(Yet still he’ll deny)
This hypocrisy
(Of our aristocracy)

… lacking common decency
(Obviously)

[Verse 2]
Gold-plated words and borrowed glory
Rewriting every chapter of the story
Rules for you, but not for me
That’s the royal recipe

Power dressed in pageantry
Selling off integrity
While the loyal crowd applauds
He mistakes himself for God

[Pre-Chorus]
Point the blame and change the theme
The nightmare of the American dream
When the facts come knocking loud
He just disappears into the crowd

[Refrain]
Run ragged
(By the royal haggard)
His running rage
(Across the world stage)

Lie after lie
(Yet still he’ll deny)
This hypocrisy
(Of our aristocracy)

… lacking common decency
(Obviously)

[Bridge]
Who’s the servant?
(Who’s the king?)
Who’s the fool
(With the golden ring?)

Who’s accountable?
(Who gets a pass?)
Who’s polishing
(The looking glass?)

[Breakdown]
Run! (Run!)
Ragged! (Ragged!)
Rant! (Rant!)
Rave! (Rave!)

Spin! (Spin!)
Deny! (Deny!)
Truth! (Truth!)
Won’t die!

[Verse 3]
The world stage isn’t your domain
And history remembers more than fame
The people aren’t your royal court
And public trust is not a sport

You can posture, you can sneer
You can manufacture fear
But the measure of a leader’s worth
Is what they leave upon this Earth

[Final Refrain]
Run ragged
(By the royal haggard)
His running rage
(Across the world stage)

Lie after lie
(Yet still he’ll deny)
This hypocrisy
(Of our aristocracy)

… lacking common decency
(Obviously)

[Outro]
No more crowns
(Without accountability)
No more lies
(Disguised as royalty)

No more rage
(To command the stage)
No more spin
(Where does the truth begin?)

Run ragged…
(Run ragged!)
Royal haggard…
(Out of breath!)
The world’s watching…
(What’s left?)

Common decency!
(Obviously!)

Monster Master

[Intro]
Two big monsters…
That’s what he called them.
The biggest stars in the country?
Well, let’s see what happens
When monsters get the master key.
(We shall see…)

[Verse 1]
Behind the curtain, pulling strings
Building castles for the kings
One writes the rules, one sets the tone
While ordinary folks lose ground below

Corrupt power, spewing fear
A loyal voice in every ear
No need to hide what you command
When you’ve got the monster master plan

[Pre-Chorus]
Who’s in charge?
(Who’s pulling the strings?)
Who’s getting rich?
(Who’s serving the king?)

A government turned upside down
While trouble travels town to town

[Refrain]
The monster’s master
(Taking us down…)
Faster and faster
(Just look around)

Shout out
(There is no doubt)
The monster master
(Is an international disaster)

[Verse 2]
Vought’s got the blueprint, Miller’s got the flame
Two big monsters in the power game
One cuts the programs, one draws the line
And the boss says everything’s just fine

Make the headlines, make the rules
Turn the people into fools
Dismantle checks, rewrite the script
Then blame the ones who notice it

[Pre-Chorus]
Pumped up chaos
(Out of control)
Hate and cruelty
(As the headlines roll)

Who needs a conscience?
(Who needs a plan?)
When every problem
(Is somebody else’s hand?)

[Refrain]
The monster’s master
(Taking us down…)
Faster and faster
(Just look around)

Shout out
(There is no doubt)
The monster master
(Is an international disaster)

[Verse 3]
He said, “I wonder if I should say this”
Asked his two big monsters for advice
“They’re gonna be the biggest stars”
While the rest of us are counting scars

A strange confession, a revealing phrase
A glimpse behind the political haze
When leaders boast about the beasts they feed
Perhaps it’s time to question where they lead

[Bridge]
Monster! (Master!)
Who’s the puppet? (Who’s the pastor?)
Monster! (Faster!)
Who’s the one who’s pulling after?

Vought! (Power!)
Miller! (Fire!)
Who’s raising the stakes
And who’s feeding the wire?

Two big monsters
(That’s what he said)
Two big stars
(Inside his head)

But who’s responsible?
(You know who!)
The one who gives them
(The power to do!)

[Verse 4]
Democracy is not a throne
The country isn’t yours alone
The law is not a private tool
And public trust is not for fools

Institutions built to stand
Can’t be toys in any hand
When power answers only to power
That’s when the people face the darkest hour

[Refrain]
The monster’s master
(Taking us down…)
Faster and faster
(Just look around)

Shout out
(There is no doubt)
The monster master
(Is an international disaster)

No more monsters
(No more fear!)
No more silence
(The truth is here!)

No more kings
(No royal class!)
No more breaking
(What should last!)

The question isn’t who they are
Or how they became the stars
The question is who gave them the keys
And who’s accountable for what we see

[Final Refrain]
The monster’s master
(Taking us down…)
Faster and faster
(Just look around)

Shout out
(There is no doubt)
The monster master
(Is an international disaster)

[Outro]
Two big monsters!
(So he said!)
Two big stars!
(In his head!)

Who’s the master?
(Who’s to blame?)
Who’s responsible?
(Own the game!)

Monster master…
(Disaster!)
Monster master…
(Faster! Faster!)

International disaster!

About the Song
Donald Trump said, “So I said, I wonder if I should say this. I’d like a little advice from my two people, my two big monsters that are going to do so well. They’re going to be the biggest stars in the country in a week” when referring to Russ Vought and Stephen Miller.”

The new release of the day is a Halloween ditty titled “Monster Master,” inspired by Donald Trump’s description of Russ Vought and Stephen Miller as his “two big monsters” who were going to become “the biggest stars in the country in a week.”

Sometimes the best political satire writes itself. This one’s about the monsters, the master, and the international disaster unfolding on the world stage.

Circular

[Intro]
Round and round, where do we go?
Follow the line, but do you know
Start at the end, end at the start
A perfect circle with a missing part

[Verse 1]
Back to the beginning, back to the claim
Same old story, a different name
Turn the corner, but there’s no square
Everywhere you look, it’s already there

[Pre-Chorus]
No beginning, no ending
No straight line to defend
Every answer starts another
And the circle starts again

[Refrain]
Circular
(Going round n’ round)
Quite bizarre
(When round is found)

Circular
(No no angle)
All around
(Round, round, round)

[Verse 2]
The reasoning loops, the logic bends
A question begins where the answer ends
Same conclusion, different route
Turn it inside, turn it out

A closed-loop argument, a self-made track
Proving the point by bringing it back
If the evidence never gets in
How can you tell where the truth begins?

[Refrain]
Circular
(Going round n’ round)
Quite bizarre
(When round is found)

Circular
(No no angle)
All around
(Round, round, round)

[Bridge]
A circle has no corner
(No place to hide)
One continuous journey
(From side to side)

But roundabout reasoning
Gets nowhere fast
You can’t prove the future
By repeating the past

[Breakdown]
What’s the point?
(It’s going around!)
Where’s the line?
(There isn’t one found!)

What’s the proof?
(It’s all in the spin!)
Where does it end?
(Where it begins!)

[Refrain]
Circular
(Going round n’ round)
Quite bizarre
(When round is found)

Circular
(No no angle)
All around
(Round, round, round)

[Outro]
Round and round, the same old sound
Lost and found, but never bound
No beginning, no ending call
Circular, circular, all in all

Round, round, round…
Going round n’ round…
Circular!

Hasta La Vista

[Intro]
Oh, you thought I’d stay?
(Well, not today!)
You had your chance
(Now watch me dance!)

Pack it up
(Close the door)
Ain’t gonna do
(This anymore!)

[Verse 1]
Round and round
(The same old story)
All that talk
(But where’s the glory?)

Make a promise
(Break it twice)
Ask me nicely
(And throw the dice)

No more waiting
(No more doubt)
Found the exit
(I’m checking out!)

You can keep
(Your alibis)
I’m moving on
(With open eyes!)

[Pre-Chorus]
No hard feelings
(Well, maybe some)
No more dealing
(With what’s become)

The final curtain
(The last goodbye)
Watch me wave
(As I pass by!)

[Refrain]
Ha ha… (hasta la vista)

Hasta la vista
(Baby!)
To be perfectly clear
(No… not maybe…)
I’m outta here

(Ha ha) Hasta la vista
(Baby!)

[Verse 2]
You had your chance
(You had your say)
Tried to keep me
(But I slipped away)

Twist the story
(Spin the blame)
Every time
(It’s the same old game)

You want attention
(You want control)
But I’m reclaiming
(My very soul!)

No more drama
(No encore)
You can shout
(I’m out the door!)

[Pre-Chorus]
No hard feelings
(Well, maybe some)
No more dealing
(With what’s become)

The final curtain
(The last goodbye)
Watch me wave
(As I pass by!)

[Refrain]
Ha ha… (hasta la vista)

Hasta la vista
(Baby!)
To be perfectly clear
(No… not maybe…)
I’m outta here

(Ha ha) Hasta la vista
(Baby!)

Adiós!
(The last dose!)
Ciao, baby!
(Oh can’t you see)

Don’t call me
(Don’t text me)
Don’t try to
(Second-guess me!)

It’s not revenge
(It’s release)
Walking away
(Brings us peace)

No more circles
(No more spin)
Close the chapter
(Begin again!)

You had your moment
(You had your shot)
Now I’m leaving
(Give it all you’ve got!)

One step out
(One step free)
No more you
(No more “me, me, me”)

No looking back
(No turning round)
Hear that laughter?
(That’s freedom’s sound!)

[Final Refrain]
Ha ha… (hasta la vista)

Hasta la vista
(Baby!)
To be perfectly clear
(No… not maybe…)
I’m outta here

(Ha ha) Hasta la vista
(Baby!)

Hasta la vista
(Baby!)
Don’t need another excuse
(No more abuse!)
I’m cutting loose!

(Ha ha) Hasta la vista
(Baby!)

[Outro]
Gone!
(Already?)
Yep!
(You ready?)

Ha ha…
(Hasta la vista!)

Baby!

Rote Vote

[Intro]
Another season, (another show)
Same old promises, (same old flow)
A line of faces, (a familiar pitch)
Pull the lever, (scratch the itch)

[Verse 1]
Follow the crowd, repeat the phrase
Pick your side and sing its praise
Don’t ask questions, don’t look twice
Just take the label, pay the price

A little fear, a little blame
A different candidate, the same old game
The talking points are pre-designed
But who’s the one who’s using their mind?

[Refrain]
Pull the lever
(Not that clever)
Fill the circle
(For mere mortal)

Cast your rote vote
(Wasted to devote)
Is it a sin…
(To start thinkin’)

A vote for the devil
(Is a vote for evil)
Make up you mind…
(To become kind)

[Verse 2]
A red or blue, a name or face
A tribal badge, a voting place
But color doesn’t make it right
And slogans don’t turn wrong to right

The ballot isn’t just a game
A check beside a famous name
It’s a choice about the world we share
And what we build, and how we care

[Refrain]
Pull the lever
(Not that clever)
Fill the circle
(For mere mortal)

Cast your rote vote
(Wasted to devote)
Is it a sin…
(To start thinkin’)

A vote for the devil
(Is a vote for evil)
Make up you mind…
(To become kind)

[Bridge]
Don’t confuse the team with truth
Don’t let slogans steal your youth
Don’t let anger make the call
Don’t trade your conscience for it all

Read the record
Check the facts
Look at promises
Then look at acts

No blind devotion
No automatic choice
Democracy depends
On an independent voice

[Breakdown]
Think!
(Think for yourself!)

Question!
(Not somebody else!)

Choose!
(With eyes wide open!)

Use!
(Your voice in an educated choice)

[Final Refrain]
Pull the lever
(Not that clever)
Fill the circle
(For mere mortal)

Cast your rote vote
(Wasted to devote)
Is it a sin…
(To start thinkin’)

A vote for the devil
(Is a vote for evil)
Make up your mind…
(To become kind)

[Outro]
No rote vote, no blind allegiance
No borrowed thoughts, no false convenience
A little reason, a little light
Can help us make a better choice… alright!

Pull the lever?
(Think it through!)
Fill the circle?
(The choice is you!)

Make up your mind…
(To become kind)

Christian Zionist Part 2: The Ending

[Spoken Vocal]
(President Donald Trump Said:)
“There will be nothing like it!!! Open the Fuckin’ Strait, you crazy bastards, or you’ll be living in Hell — JUST WATCH! Praise be to Allah.”

Ahhh, man

[Verse 1]
In Washington, the scriptures sound
While military power moves around
Hegseth speaks of God and war
And what are those prayers really for?

Reports from troops, complaints arise
Of end-times language in commanders’ eyes
When soldiers hear that war’s ordained
Who takes responsibility for the pain?

[Refrain]
Christian Zionist
(Want to bring on The End)
A damned death wish
(The wrong message to send)

It all rhymes
(With The End of Times)
Bringin’ on Armageddon
(Do you know what you’re gettin’?)

Ahhh, men

[Verse 2]
A holy war, a righteous cause
A sacred text becomes the laws
Netanyahu invokes the ancient tale
While missiles fly and families wail

But Pope Leo warns the leaders there
That blood-stained hands don’t answer prayer
Isaiah’s words still ring out loud
No blessing comes from death’s dark cloud

[Refrain]
Christian Zionist
(Want to bring on The End)
A damned death wish
(The wrong message to send)

It all rhymes
(With The End of Times)
Bringin’ on Armageddon
(Do you know what you’re gettin’?)

Ahhh, men

[Bridge]
Don’t confuse selfish greed
With a holy deed (Indeed!)
Don’t turn grace into disgrace
Being a biblical two-face

Who’s bringing on the end…
(Or the devil’s word send?)
Is that what Jesus said…
(“Bomb babies till dead”)
Ahhh, men

[Outro]
Is it God’s plan?
(Or a human scheme?)
Is it salvation?
(Or a nightmare dream?)
Ahhh (men! …Ahhhh)
Ahhh (men!) Ahhhh
(Ahhh men)
Ahhh men!

Lonely Crowd

[Intro]
Faces in the shadows
Eyes upon the stage
Appear to be watching
Yet totally disengaged

A thousand voices
But nobody speaks
… still searching
For something they can’t reach

[Verse 1]
Standing in a room
That’s filled with sound
But there’s no people
No, no one around

You raise your voice
You make your case
But indifference
Takes its place

[Refrain]
When you look out in the audience
(With indifference)
Does it make a difference…
(When you scream out loud)
… to a lonely crowd

Dwindling
(Due to hindering)
The ability
(… to be free)

[Verse 2]
No crowd did gather
No crowd to cheer
But still are frightened
Of what they hear

[Refrain]
When you look out in the audience
(With indifference)
Does it make a difference…
(When you scream out loud)
… to a lonely crowd

Are you aware…
(There’s no one there?)

Forever dwindling
(Due to hindering)
Their ability
(… to be free)

[Bridge]
Are you listening?
(Or just waiting?)
Are you thinking?
(Or debating?)
Are you speaking?
(Or retreating?)
Are you aware…
(There’s no one there?)

[Instrumental Break]
(Alone in a crowd…)
(Screaming out loud…)
(Anybody listening?)
(Anybody now?)

Are you aware…
(There’s no one there?)

[Refrain]
When you look out in the audience
(With indifference)
Does it make a difference…
(When you scream out loud)
… to a lonely crowd

Dwindling
(Due to hindering)
The ability
(… to be free)

[Final Refrain]
When you look out in the audience
(With indifference)
Does it make a difference…
(When you scream out loud)
… to a lonely crowd

Still listening
(Still questioning)
The ability
(… to be free)

[Outro]
Are you aware…
(There’s no one there?)

When you scream out loud…
(Who hears you now?)

A lonely crowd…

About the Song
On multiple occasions, Trump delivered speeches to audiences consisting almost entirely of journalists. He has also been seen saluting and waving to people who weren’t even there.

Trump speaking to an apparently empty audience
Speaking to an audience that never showed up?

Trump saluting toward an apparently empty space
Saluting someone who isn’t there?

Marshal Law

[Intro]
There’s a siren in the distance
There’s a shadow on the wall
Someone’s talking about emergencies
Like they’re waiting for the call

A threat becomes a headline
A headline becomes a plan
And suddenly the question is
Who’s really in command?

[Verse 1]
Another election lie…
The rhetoric gets loud
The same ole cry, cry, cry…
About the voting of the crowd

They’re planting seeds of doubt
They’re working up the crowd
And telling us the system’s broken
So the rules can be disavowed

[Refrain]
Marshal?
(Martial law)
Who put this clown in command?

Marshal?
(Martial law)
I don’t understand…
(All over the land?)

[Verse 2]
Emergency powers
Are a dangerous game
You can’t declare an emergency
Just because you claim your fame

You can shout about a rigged vote
You can turn the volume high
But making claims is not the same
As showing people why

[Refrain]
Marshal?
(Martial law)
Who put this clown in command?

Marshal?
(Martial law)
I don’t understand…
(All over the land?)

[Bridge]
Who decides?
(Who decides?)
Who complies?
(Who complies?)

Is it law?
(Is it fear?)
Is the threat
Really here?

The power isn’t personal
The office isn’t king
The people choose their leaders
That’s the point of everything

No crown!
(No crown!)
No throne!
(No throne!)
The government belongs
To voting throngs!

I didn’t shoot the sheriff…
(Didn’t even see the deputy)
But, the gall
(After all…)
Of the self-declared Marshal!
(Martial!)
Law!
(Jaw dropping awe!)
Read the Constitution!
(That’s the law!)
Not the latest proclamation
(Of a wannabe czar!)

[Refrain]
Marshal?
(Martial law)
Who put this clown in command?
(Dam!)

Marshal?
(Martial law)
I don’t understand…
(All over the land?)

[Final Refrain]
Marshal?
(Martial law)
Who put this clown in command?

Marshal?
(Martial law)
You don’t own this land!

Marshal?
(Martial law)
The Constitution still stands!

Marshal?
(Martial law)
The people make the plans!

[Outro]
No manufactured crisis
No dictator’s master plan
No emergency election
To keep one person in command

The ballot is the answer
The people have a say
You don’t get to cancel democracy
Because you lost the day

Marshal?
(Martial law)

Who put this clown in command?
(I’ll be damned…)

About the Song
The new release of the day is “Marshal Law” — a reggae, bluegrass, and lo-fi hip-hop fusion track inspired by a true story where fact is stranger than fiction.

The inspiration? President Donald Trump is pointedly refusing to rule out invoking emergency powers, while high-profile MAGA activists and allies are openly urging him to issue emergency orders or even declare martial law if they believe the November 2026 midterm elections are “rigged.”

It’s a song about political power, election denial, and the dangerous idea that a leader can challenge the rules when the people don’t deliver the result he wants.
Sometimes you just can’t make this stuff up. So I made a song about it!

Which Hunt

[Intro]
Gather round
The fire’s burning
Hear the whispers
The tables turning

Point the finger
Name the name
Look who’s looking
For someone to blame

But wait a minute
What’s that sound?
The witch hunt’s on
And the truth is bound…

[Verse 1]
Lots of smoke
A major mirror
Stoked with fear
To make things clearer?

[Refrain]
This ain’t a which hunt
(We know exactly)
No, no witch hunt…
(The devil, particularly)

Prince of darkness
(We command you confess!)
Out of luck
(Warlock)
… looks like you’re stuck
(What the phh, phh, uck!)

[Verse 2]
A deal with the devil
A pact in the night
A little dark magic
To get things right?

You can wear a suit
You can wear a tie
But you can’t keep hiding
Behind another lie

The horns are showing
The mask is slipping
The whole operation
Is slowly tipping

You thought you were clever
You thought you were slick
But the truth has a way
Of catching up quick

[Refrain]
This ain’t a which hunt
(We know exactly)
No, no witch hunt…
(The devil, particularly)

Prince of darkness
(We command you confess!)
Out of luck
(Warlock)
… looks like you’re stuck
(What the phh, phh, uck!)

[Bridge]
Who cast the spell?
(Who took the fall?)
Who built the wall?
(Who knows it all?)

Who told the lie?
(Who made the claim?)
Who made the children die?
Who rigged the game?

No hocus-pocus
No smoke, no mirror
No magic words
To make things clearer

[Instrumental Break]
Abracadabra!
(Where’d the money go?)
Hocus-pocus!
(What did you know?)

Warlock!
(Out of luck!)
Witch hunt!
(What the phh, phh, uck!)

[Final Refrain]
This ain’t a which hunt
(We know exactly)
No, no witch hunt…
(The devil, particularly)

Prince of darkness
(We command you confess!)
Out of luck
(Warlock)
… looks like you’re stuck
(What the phh, phh, uck!)

This ain’t a which hunt
(Not a fairytale)
No, no witch hunt…
(Truth will prevail!)

Prince of darkness
(Your magic’s a mess!)
Out of luck
(Warlock)
… looks like you’re stuck
(What the phh, phh, uck!)

[Outro]
The spell is broken
The lights are on
The curtain’s falling
The act is done

No witches needed
No devils to blame
Just answer the questions
And own your name

Warlock…
(Out of luck!)

Witch hunt…
(What the phh, phh, uck!)

Turn Up the Volume!

Vote: Turn Up the Volume

[Intro]
Can you hear it?
(Coming through!)
Got something to say
(And so do you!)

Turn it up
(Don’t turn away)
There’s a whole lot
We need to say!

[Verse 1]
When the truth gets buried
Under all the noise
When the loudest voice
Tries to drown out choice

When the powerful pretend
That wrong is right
And the facts get twisted
In the middle of the night

Don’t sit quietly
Don’t look away
There’s a price to pay
For the things we don’t say

Raise your voice
Make some noise
Democracy depends
On the people’s choice!

[Refrain]
Volume!
(Turn up the volume)
Way up…
(And then some!)

Call out racism
(Call out sexism)
The hypocrisy
(The bigotry)
The anti-science ideology!

Shout out
(Corruption!)
Point out
(Nepotism)
… national malfunction!

[Verse 2]
Call out the lies
(Call out the spin)
Call out the grift
(Where does it end?)

The double standards
(The shifting blame)
The revolving door
(The rigged-up game)

Cronies getting favors
While the public pays
Another broken promise
Another crooked day

Public office
A public trust
Not a private playground
For the privileged and corrupt

[Refrain]
Volume!
(Turn up the volume)
Way up…
(And then some!)

Call out racism
(Call out sexism)
The hypocrisy
(The bigotry)
The anti-science ideology!

Shout out
(Corruption!)
Point out
(Nepotism)
… national malfunction!

[Verse 3]
Call out the hatred
Dressed up as pride
Call out the scapegoats
They use to divide

Call out the censorship
And intimidation
The attacks on truth
And education

When science gets silenced
And reason gets bent
When public money
Becomes a private event

Don’t confuse loud
With being right
Don’t confuse power
With moral might

[Bridge]
Turn it up!
(We won’t shut up!)
Speak it out!
(Without a doubt!)

Show the facts!
(We want them back!)
Ask the why!
(Don’t let it slide!)

No more hiding
No more pretending
No more excuses
For endless bending

Accountability!
(For all to see!)
Transparency!
(That’s democracy!)

[Instrumental Break]

[Vocal Rap Breakdown]
Call out racism
(Call out sexism)
The hypocrisy
(The bigotry)
The anti-science ideology!

Shout out
(Corruption!)
Point out
(Nepotism)
… national malfunction!

Volume!
(Up, up, up!)
Turn it up!
(Enough is enough!)
… of that funked up stuff!

[Refrain]
Volume!
(Turn up the volume)
Way up…
(And then some!)

Call out racism
(Call out sexism)
The hypocrisy
(The bigotry)
The anti-science ideology!

Shout out
(Corruption!)
Point out
(Nepotism)
… national malfunction!

[Final Refrain]
Volume!
(Turn up the volume)
Way up…
(And then some!)

Call out the lies
(Call out the crimes)
Call out the grift
(It’s about time!)

The hypocrisy
(The bigotry)
The anti-science ideology!

Shout out
(Corruption!)
Point out
(Nepotism)
No more
(National malfunction!)

[Outro]
Don’t turn it down
(Don’t turn away)
Keep asking questions
All the day

Turn up the volume
(For all to hear)
The truth gets louder
When we have no fear

Volume!
(And then some!)

Turn it up!
