Headache

Em / Em7 / Dm

What does it take,
To shake,
A headache?

Sometimes its "too stressful,"
Sometimes it's a chemical,
Either way,
It's dreadful,
And, wastes the day.

First of all,
Pause,
To eliminate the cause,
Is it the monosodium glutamate,
You ate?
Or, not enough water taken in,
Causing dehydration?
Perhaps your muscles,
Are too tight,
Your back pulls,
As you head and neck,
Fight.

What the heck?!?!?!
Set things right.

And, while you're working it out,
How about,
Some elixirs,
Known to be headache,
Fixers?

L-tryptophan,
May help the pain,
Or, maybe methyl,
Will?

For muscles too taught,
Have you thought,
Of an attack,
By rolling on your back?

Just for fun,
Everyone,
On your backs!
Stretch to relax,
Don't be uptight,
About being uptight,
All right?
You've got to try hard,
Not to try hard,
For relaxation,
To set in,
And, finally,
Retard,
The agony.

Sorry,
I didn't mean to give you,
A headache,
Thinking about it...
But, at least now,
You know what to do,
And, what to take.
