Hmmm... I've been thinking the possibilities of a worldwide depression are increasing...
... both economically and psychologically.
As for the psyche... do you know anything about light therapy?
Aren't there examples of the biological effects of light on the human being?
I've seen some studies where they use it for jet lag, etc.
When I was in serious fitness training... I use to have lights on timers in my bedroom... they would come on a half-hour before I woke up. It worked well in allowing my body clock to adjust to waking up at 5 in the morning. Plus, I noticed how easy it was to get started in a positive way --
right out of bed and raring to go!
Wonder how it could be applied to the masses...?
