It is like finding a buried treasure when you find a band that plays great original music.
Pete Kranz & the Wide-Eyed Mother Brothers are that lucky find. The sound is unique with
traces of reggae, ska, rock and blues. In fact, they may be the only band featuring a harmonica
player and a reggae rhythm section?
Pete Kranz, lead vocals and guitar, writes song with meaning that are delivered with
spunk. Lawless plays the drums like a runaway freight train.
Scott, bassist, compliments Lawless to provide a solid backbone of a rhythm
section. Brad plays a slamming harmonica and sings. J.R. provides a full sound
on keyboards.
After their set, they sat down for an interview at Bob's Country Bunker (see videos below.)
