WEST CHESTER, PA \u2014 The West Chester Police department continues to be tangled in an ever-growing web of police misconduct and illegal activities. Now, Police Chief Scott Bohn and Mayor Carolyn Comitta<\/a> are being called into question.<\/p>\n

Starting in April, multiple police officers have been implicated in retaliation, witness intimidation, obstruction of justice, lying under oath, falsifying police reports, conspiracy to commit a crime, interfering with an internal affairs investigation, police misconduct, terroristic threats, harassment, civil rights violations and hate crimes.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The line “Our sacred constitution
\nUsurped by The Institution” was inspired by a long time West Chester resident that heard about The Busking Ordinance<\/a>. Thomas said, “That’s against the Constitution!”<\/p>\n
