Written and recorded on September 15 and 16, 2012 at the Race Street Pier, Philadelphia and the West Chester, Pennsylvania. It was inspired by inspiration and innovation of the participants in the Red Bull FLugtag competition, as well as, the cooks at the West Chester Restaurant Festival. In the Flugtag event, contestants build contraptions and then try to fly them over the Delaware River. At the restaurant festival, cooks make adventurous dishes like Duck Tacos and fried pickles… then try to coax the crowd into becoming consumers.<\/p>\n
