look like?<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The era of global warming has ended and the era of &#8216;global boiling&#8217; has arrived. Climate change is here. <b>It is terrifying<\/b>. When we wrote the Tunnel Under Thesis in 1995, we forecast crossing these tipping points would not happen for centuries. We underestimated Man&#8217;s ignorance and arrogance. Fossil fuel consumption and greenhouse gas emissions have continued to set record highs. Humans have caused chain-reactions resulting in toppled tipping points, <a href=\"http:\/\/membrane.com\/global_warming\/notes\/feedback-loops.html\">feedback loops<\/a>, and <a href=\"http:\/\/membrane.com\/global_warming\/Domino-Effect-Tipping-Points-Toppled.html\">The Domino Effect<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><b>*<\/b> Our <a href=\"http:\/\/membrane.com\/global_warming\/index.html\">climate model<\/a> employs <a href=\"http:\/\/membrane.com\/global_warming\/Chaos-Theory-and-Climate-Change.html\">chaos theory<\/a> to comprehensively consider human impacts and projects a potential global average temperature increase of 9\u2103 above pre-industrial levels.<\/p>\n<p><b>What Can I Do?<\/b><br \/>\nThere are numerous actions you can take to contribute to saving the planet. Each person bears the responsibility to minimize pollution, discontinue the use of fossil fuels, reduce consumption, and foster a culture of love and care. <b>Be a butterfly and affect the world.<\/b> <a href=\"http:\/\/membrane.com\/chaos\/sidd.html\">The Butterfly Effect<\/a> illustrates that a small change in one area can lead to significant alterations in conditions anywhere on the globe.
