Please provide me with an accounting of the children's college funds at you earliest convenience.

Background
In the fall of 2006, Janet Childs (aka Janet Morrison) was granted custodianship of the children's college funds. The accounts were set-up and funded by the father.
Now, that the children are going to college, the funds are missing. It would appear Janet, and her new husband Keith Childs, have misappropriated the children's money.
The estimated amount of missing funds valued at today's market rates is $80,000.00.
