    Formed Under Pressure and Heat<\/strong> \u2013 Metamorphic rocks originate from pre-existing rocks (igneous, sedimentary, or even other metamorphic rocks) that undergo transformation due to intense heat (200\u2013800\u00b0C) and pressure deep within Earth’s crust.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
