energy directly to the tissue, causing a burn.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"542\" data-end=\"587\">2. <strong data-start=\"549\" data-end=\"587\">Steam: Latent Heat of
