About the Song

Australopithecus afarensis represents a major transitional stage between earlier ape-like ancestors and later humans. Lucy had a mosaic of traits: a human-like pelvis, knees, feet, and spine adapted for upright walking, but also ape-like long arms, curved fingers, and a small brain.<\/p>\n
