A movement based on solid rock
Taking stock in a phonic nation
We’ve found “ation”
Motivation. Stimulation. Activation.
Found foundation
Tap your footers
See your saws jig
Blocks of solid rock
We’ve found foundation
The notion of a movement
A motion for a foundation
Gyration. Vibration. Sensation
We’ve found “ation”
Found foudnation
Vocalization. Instrumentation. Realization.
Visualization. Penetration. Actualization.

LYRICS
Afraid if you do
Afraid if you don’t
Afraid made it so you won’t
At the very least, you don’t
I see in your eyes
You’re paralyzed
“Maybe it’s just as well”
’cause what if you fell?
After all, if you fall
Well… get back up and keep your eye on the ball
Just get backup after all
I can’t do this
I can’t do that
No! “Can’t” is not where it’s at
I see in your eyes
You’re paralyzed
Believe me I can tell
It’s not just as well
We’ve entered the age
Of must muster the courage

LYRICS
I feel something growing
From within your heart
I hear something growing
The pulse you impart
Like a royal symphony
You’re part is the timpani
The spine of our time
The backbone in the zone
You are the start
… the finale
You are the heart
The tempo… you know…
That moves me
You hold us together
Separating us from never
The ever that would never happen
If you didn’t begin showing
What I felt growing
Within
You heart
The pulse you start

Weren’t you coming out the door
I recognize your face
Coming out of that place
Did you know you had to come out

Like a bug meeting windshield
Your insides revealed
What are you made of….
Any of it love
Did you know you had to come out
To get in

Like a bug meeting windscreen
When your insides are seen
Your innards… what you ate
Full of hate?
Are you full of hate
Appreciate the love

ABOUT THE SONG
A song inspired by an article from Science Magazine and the songs Fly On The Windshield and Carpet Crawlers by Genesis.

From the Science article Where have all the insects gone?
12 May 2017
http://science.sciencemag.org/content/356/6338/576.full

Entomologists call it the windshield phenomenon. “If you talk to people, they have a gut feeling. They remember how insects used to smash on your windscreen,” says Wolfgang Wägele, director of the Leibniz Institute for Animal Biodiversity in Bonn, Germany. Today, drivers spend less time scraping and scrubbing. “I’m a very data-driven person,” says Scott Black, executive director of the Xerces Society for Invertebrate Conservation in Portland, Oregon. “But it is a visceral reaction when you realize you don’t see that mess anymore.”

Neonicotinoid pesticides, already implicated in the widespread crash of bee populations, are a prime suspect.

Paying attention to what E. O. Wilson calls “the little things that run the world” is worthwhile, Sorg says. “We won’t exterminate all insects. That’s nonsense. Vertebrates would die out first. But we can cause massive damage to biodiversity—damage that harms us.”

Climb out on a limb
You’ve got to try
Before you fly
The songbird sings
Flapping of the wings
You’ve got to try
Before you fly
Will you ever know
If you don’t give ‘er a go
Be a liver that’s a giver
Then you’ll know
A liver of life
A giver of love
Believer in dreams
Creator of scenes
An angel sings
You’ve got your wings

ABOUT THE SONG
Neledi is a Sotho name originated in South Africa meaning “the morning shining star”. Homo neledi is the named given to what is believed to be one of our closest ancestors.

A study published in 2017, said:
“For decades, science popularizers have said humans are made of stardust, and now, a new survey of 150,000 stars shows just how true the old cliché is: Humans and their galaxy have about 97 percent of the same kind of atoms, and the elements of life appear to be more prevalent toward the galaxy’s center, the research found. The crucial elements for life on Earth, often called the building blocks of life, can be abbreviated as CHNOPS: carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, phosphorus and sulfur. For the first time, astronomers have cataloged the abundance of these elements in a huge sample of stars.”

LYRICS
The morning shining star
The dawning of the day
Has Home sapien come that far
Questioning of our way
Naledi led me…
Or was it destiny
Is my will free?
So, this is humanity
I expect in retrospect
We will have to face
Our small braincase
Will our tiny brain remain
Could it be
Gorilla compared to Homo naledi
Someday could see me
Relative to a future relative
With the brain that’s tiny?

Homo naledi
Homo naledi

ABOUT THE SONG
The following got me thinking — what if someday “modern man’s” brain is compared to mine? Will they say I have a small braincase?

In 2015, a new human-like species discovered in South Africa was named Homo naledi. Neledi is a Sotho name originated in South Africa meaning “the morning shining star”.

Homo naledi is different than any other primitive human. Naledi has a tiny brain that is about the size of a gorilla’s. The pelvis and shoulders are primitive, as well. Since it has a more progressive shaped skull, small teeth, and long legs and modern-looking feet, it was put into the same genus as humans.

“I saw something I thought I would never see in my career. It was a moment that 25 years as a paleoanthropologist had not prepared me for,” Prof Berger said.

Originally, the fossils were discovered in September 2013. While exploring the Rising Star cave system in South Africa, Rick Hunter and Steven Tucker of the Speleological Exploration Club (SEC) found a hidden chamber. The remains were thought to be 2 to 3 million years old; however, in 2017 new radiological dating estimated the bones were only 200 to 300 thousand years old.

It is quite possible Homo naledi and Homo Sapien were living together. Now, the search is on for DNA evidence to determine if there was inner-breeding.

My moments with you
Number too few
I wish there was something
That I could do
Time just won’t last
Slipping into the past

Things change in so many ways
Lost in the haze of so many days
After death a new begin
Maybe we can meet again
Time just won’t last
Slipping into the past

My moments with you
Number too few
I wish there was something
That I could do
My memories of you
Number too few
I’ll keep them in
Mind’s-eye view
Time just won’t last
Slipping into the past

Thankful for the time we get
The times together I’ll never forget
After death a new begin
Maybe we can meet again
Time just won’t last

LYRICS
You thought that you would
Just ’cause you could
Take out all the parts that are good
Do you really think that you should
Oxygen: our major carcinogen?
If anything can kill you
Oxygen can
Anti-vaccination
For oxygen intoxication

Soft water creates soft minds
Think hard about drinking hard
She thought for sure
There’s shelter from a filter
Little did she know
The filter’s what killed her
You thought that you would
Just ’cause you could

Oxygen: our major carcinogen?

Oxygen Carcinogen.mp3

ABOUT
This song was inspired by people that believe in a fluoride conspiracy. There are people who take out all the minerals in their drinking water because they have a fluoride-phobia.

Fluoride is naturally present in the food and drink we consume and is considered a normal constituent of the human body. The fluoride concentration in bones and teeth is about 10,000 times that in body fluids and soft tissues. Fluoride is ingested from several sources including foods, fluoridated and unfluoridated water, fluoridated toothpastes and some dietary supplements. (NIH 2017)

Recommended fluoride intake.

Moderation is the key. Not enough fluoride and you’ll have weak teeth and bones. Too much fluoride can kill you. Do you know that too much oxygen can kill you, too?

NIH
Med Hypotheses. 1983 Sep;12(1):55-60.
Oxygen: our major carcinogen?
Evidence has accumulated implicating that atmospheric oxygen can be considered as an important environmental mutagen, whose action can be potentiated by a variety of environmental factors. Under normal conditions oxygen genotoxicity is largely prevented by a cellular antioxygenic defense system, which must be extremely efficient, but might not be entirely safe. A better understanding of this defense system may help to suggest how the incidence of carcinogenesis can be minimized.

Science News
from research organizations
Can inhaled oxygen cause cancer?
Date: January 13, 2015
Source: PeerJ
Summary:
The ancient physician/alchemist, Paracelsus, said: ‘The dose makes the poison.’ According to a new study, even oxygen may fall prey to the above adage. While essential to human life, aspects of oxygen metabolism may promote cancer. Capitalizing on the inverse relationship of oxygen concentration with elevation, researchers found lower rates of lung cancer at higher elevations, a trend that did not extend to non-respiratory cancers, suggesting that carcinogen exposure occurs via inhalation.

Oxygen toxicity
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Oxygen toxicity is a condition resulting from the harmful effects of breathing molecular oxygen (O2) at increased partial pressures. It is also known as oxygen toxicity syndrome, oxygen intoxication, and oxygen poisoning. Historically, the central nervous system condition was called the Paul Bert effect, and the pulmonary condition the Lorrain Smith effect, after the researchers who pioneered its discovery and description in the late 19th century. Severe cases can result in cell damage and death, with effects most often seen in the central nervous system, lungs and eyes. Oxygen toxicity is a concern for underwater divers, those on high concentrations of supplemental oxygen (particularly premature babies), and those undergoing hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
