LYRICS
Try to create a smile or two
I can give to you
Create a song… maybe a few
That will move you

Remove every fright in sight
Insight

If the boogie man comes
Gonna make him run
Let the overlord come
Gonna make him numb

Until we all see tranquility

Try to convey a concept or two
That relates to you
Convey meaning… then some, too
That will move you

’till every fear takes flight
Take the Reaper’s scythe
Send him underneath
Show Grim gnarled teeth
Emerge from beneath

Until we all see tranquility

LYRICS
[Loud crowd roar]
Well, lookie, lookie
Looks like we got ourselves a winner

Give this man a cigar
He ain’t no beginner
Ho telling how far
From being a sinner
He’s achieving some God-like status
High above the rest of us
Climbed the stairway to heaven
To begin on Earth all over again

[Loud crowd roar]
Well, lookie, lookie
Looks like we got ourselves a winner

Give the lady a Kewpie doll
She ain’t no beginner
So high should she fall
Back to being a sinner
She’s achieved some God-like status
Way above the rest of us
Climbed the ladder of success
“Damn the new glass floor! No more!”
Cursing the collapsing of the glass ceiling
Feeling she wished it as before

LYRICS
Behind every tree
There’s a girl listening sincerely
Feeling such glee
Knowing they feel me

Behind ever “me”
There’s a soul that can see
So with the music
Raise the dead n’ make ’em quick
As She said, “judge the quick n dead”

Been reaping what I sow
Or so the story goes
More I live, more I know
Fountain of wisdom flows

LYRICS
When you convey a smile
It travels many a mile
Then compound and compile
Everyone tunes into the dial
And, that’s when the times turn fine

You said, “Keep on playing,
I’ll just listen.”
Thanks for saying
Eyes twinkle and glisten
And, that’s when the times turn fine

Saw her tapping her toe
That’s how I know
Wished she didn’t have to go
Solace… she’ll be back, though
And, that’s when the times turn fine

LYRICS
You don’t know the blues
’till you’ve walked in her shoes
Once you’ve walked in her shoes
It’s nothing that you’d choose

Chorus
Still she strides to ride the road that’s high
No matter how high, she’s gonna try, try, try

You don’t know good news
’till it’s something you choose
The high road offers views
In the meantime, she pays our dues

LYRICS
Did you give a little
Did you give a lot
When it comes down to it
Would you rather not?

Chorus
Hey! Hey!
Ya can’t take it with you any way

Did you try n’ help out
Or have too much doubt
Did you utilize time
Or say “it’s all mine”?

Chorus

Did you think a little
Did you think a lot
Have you solved the riddle
Or rather bother not?

LYRICS
22,000 days
If you’re lucky 100 years
Death displays in so many ways
Creating uncertainties… creating fears

Is your crime wasting time
Cheating the human race
Is your crime wasting time
Taking up precision space

22,000 ways
All days to shed in tears?
Keep death at bay on any given day
Shedding light… overcoming fears!

Is your crime wasting time
Cheating the human race
Is your crime wasting time
Taking up precision space

Can’t acquire a taste for waste

Sign Of Our Sine.mp3

LYRICS
If ya need to clear your head
Better off going back to bed
Instead of rants in a rage
About your self-imposed cage

The sign of our sine wave into the future
The time for our sign is now and evermore

Regretting the things you said
Should have gone back to bed?
A victimization rationalization
Victimization rationalization

The sign of our sine wave into the future
The time for our sign is now and evermore

ABOUT THE SONG

A song for people that say, “You’ll never know unless you try it.”

LYRICS
Certain things you want to experience
Certain things you don’t
Certain things provide life’s essence
Experience death and you won’t

I don’t have to try
Know I don’t wanna die
No need to poke out an eye
To “see” if I’ll get by

Chorus

No need to lose a limb
To long for how it’d been
No traumatic brain damage
‘ta see if I’ll act my age
See if I’ll act my age, again
Age, again, age, again….

I bet that really stings
Makes your ears ring
Causes throbbing pain
Lack of oxygen to the brain

The road less traveled is more unusual
Such is learned by the stampede of the cruel
Do you see the cruelty of the cruel crowd rule?

(bullfight music interlude)

I bet that really brings
Pain and suffering
Obviously misery
Blinding is what I see

LYRICS
There’s a big wide world larger than me
Now that’s easy to see
Since we share this consciousness why not requiesce
And go from I to us?

How can I ever be alone
Isn’t Earth all of our home?

If we wanna claim we’re from outer space
And not part of our race
Some sort-a born again alien
Better think again
Isn’t Earth all of our home
How can I ever be alone

Its time to hunker down and then charge in
… much to their chagrin
Get together begin sporting a universal grin
How can we ever be alone
Isn’t Earth all of our home?

LYRICS
There’s nothing wrong with searching and searching
As long as your researching is educating
Learn something new ’bout every moment
Startled by the movement
Think I surprised you?
You scared the crap out of me, too
But now that I see you’re just havin’ fun
Fawn on the run

There’s a squirrel lookin’ down at us
Thinking “in too bad taste” to be nuts
Had to agree, wink and nod
We should act like animals instead of God
Takin’ in the moment
Startled by the movement
Think I surprised you?
You scared the crap out of me, too
But now that I see you’re just havin’ fun

ABOUT THE SONG

D6 A7 E7sus4

Have you ever been scared of something only to find out there was nothing to fear? Such an instance inspired this song. Out of the corner of my eye I saw something moving. It was only a few feet from me. I could see it was larger than a rabbit… it was larger than a groundhog. It started stumbling and fumbling right toward me. Then, I recognized it was a fawn. It barely knew how to standup and run away.
