LYRICS
If the door is shut just open it up
Open it up
If the window is closed, ya know
Open the window
If the door is shut open it up

If the door is shut open it up
Just turn the knob
It’s not a hard job
If you think the path is blocked
It’s not
The door’s unlocked
Just open it up

It’s not a mystery
Open it and see
Check it out
Open it up
Just… ya know
Open the window

LYRICS
Eyes gaze in a daze
Eyes glazed in a haze
Can either ear hear
Are you deaf, my Dear?

Chorus
Can you see me signaling
This is the ending
Can you hear me screaming
“Dreaming of you listening”

Eyes stare… unaware
Is anyone in there
Do you think it’s cute
Playing like a mute

Chorus

Eyes open yet blind
Blind-eye turned… not kind
I fear you can hear
Your contempt is clear

Chorus

If It Is.mp3

LYRICS
If it’s a lie
Will you find out before you die
Just because it’s you, you, you
Believing it’s true
Do you think that’ll do?

Don’t need to be a sleuth
When the truth
Is obvious
To all of us
Logical to all
That are logical

Forget the fantasy of conspiracy
Conspiracies miscarry
The reality of responsibility is the destiny of your mortality

Look!
Just trying to find a hook
In the nook
Or the cranny
To abolish tyranny

Look, look, look
Just trying to get a hook
In the nook
To rid tyranny

Don’t need no tyranny
Trying to reign over me
Reigning
Raining
(Sing: not over me)

Look I’m just trying to find a hook in the nook
No more tyranny
Abolish tyranny
Over me

LYRICS
No, please wait
No, no… please wait
Don’t swallow the secret

No! Please don’t swallow the secret
Do you want to know why
I’m not a spy
Don’t want it to be unheard
That would be absurd

I’ll tell you why
I’m not a spy

I don’t know why
You want to swallow the secret
Don’t swallow the secret

Rather you spill your guts
I know it might sound nuts
But there’s no enemy in me
There’s no enemy in me

Don’t swallow the secret
Or it will kept in all this $hit
That’s not how anybody wants it

Spy Techniques of the Revolutionary War – Mount Vernon /www.mountvernon.org
Ciphers and secret codes were used to ensure that the contents of a letter could not be read… In haste, the spy swallowed the silver ball to avoid detection.

Other materials were used to hide messages, ranging from buttons on a textile to hollowed out small, silver balls. One particularly unlucky British spy named Daniel Taylor was caught in New Windsor, New York with a message sent from Henry Clinton to John Burgoyne hidden inside one of these small silver balls. In haste, the spy swallowed the silver ball to avoid detection. However, Patriot soldiers forced the spy to drink a purgative and vomit up the ball. Momentarily undeterred, Taylor grabbed the ball and swallowed it again. Under the threat of being hanged and having the ball cut out of his stomach, Taylor relented. However, Taylor would eventually meet the cruel fate of the gallows, executed on October 16, 1777.

The music I hear
Is grabbing my ear
Is drawing me near
I wanna hear clear

The beat of the sound
Makes me move around
The source of the sound
Must be found
The home of the heart
Is on solid ground
Lordy, I’m homeward bound

Unlike sight
You don’t need light
Through the night
The music plays bright
Unlike taste
It’s food for the soul
None shall waste
From folk… to rock and roll

LYRICS
What shall we do?
I dunno about me… well, how about you?

General made a general mistake
Major has made a major problem
What’s at stake is solemn
Subject to corporal punishment
In our private establishment

What shall we do?
I dunno about me… well, how about you?

Have the bugler sound an alarm
‘less we all suffer harm
Not sure who is at fault
But now we’re under assault

While the admiral does admire
His ship sinking and on fire
In the end was he just liar?
Maybe it’s time to retire

Sacrifice the Queen to save a pawn?

Spending every hour
Trying to be sour

Smack Her on the lips just for fun
How do you know the taste ’till it’s in your face
Can’t just sit in the stands for the human race

Sacrifice the Queen to save a pawn?
Will you keep walking with your eyes closed
Can you awaken or are you opposed?

A total eclipse of the moon
It’ll happen none to soon
Total eclipse of the moon

Omniscient
Reminiscent
Of days gone by
Bye-bye
Why am I

Under the sky
Total eclipse of the moon
It happened none to soon
Before mankind’s fall at high noon
At the present
Being omniscient of days gone by
Bye-bye

Supermoon lunar eclipse
Super Blood Moon eclipse
Spread the word or sealed lips
It’s not time for all to die
Found why I am I

Good or bad omen
Amen

Total Eclipse of the Moon.mp3

Several cultures have myths related to lunar eclipses or allude to the lunar eclipse as being a good or bad omen. The Egyptians saw the eclipse as a sow swallowing the moon for a short time; other cultures view the eclipse as the Moon being swallowed by other animals, such as a jaguar in Mayan tradition, or a three legged toad in China. Some societies thought it was a demon swallowing the moon, and that they could chase it away by throwing stones and curses at it. The Greeks were ahead of their time when they said the Earth was round and used the shadow from the lunar eclipse as evidence. Some Hindus believe in the importance of bathing in the Ganges River following an eclipse because it will help you achieve salvation.

Similarly to the Mayans, the Incans believed that lunar eclipses were when a jaguar would eat the moon, which is why a blood moons look red.

The ancient Mesopotamians believed that a lunar eclipse was when the moon was being attacked by seven demons.

In some Chinese cultures, people would ring bells to prevent a dragon or other wild animals from biting the moon.
