LYRICS
There’s blood and guts flyin’
Here there and everywhere
I’d be laughin’ if I weren’t cryin’
Your cost you will not bare?
Sure wish I’d worn my gore poncho
When your friend turns to foe
Surely means you don’t know
[Or that it’s time they go
Unless you’re wearin’ your gore poncho]
’cause their bloatin’ is imploding
On anything close to thinking
Look out! They’re about to explode… shoot their motherlode
Oh, nooooo! Sure wish I’d worn my gore poncho
I confess…
You’ve made a mess
And, I should’ve worn my gore poncho
You went nuts and spilled your guts
You’d blow your mind if it was somethin’ ya could find
Ya took your toll on your soul
And poked your third eye blind
LYRICS
There was one in the bed and the little one said, “Roll over. Rock over.”
Come on time to wake
Time to make it shake
We can discover
The meaning of lover
A place where the shadows don’t smother
What will it take
An effort to make
The depths of forever
For Go(o)dness sake
There were ten in the bed and the little one said, “Roll over. Rock over.”
They all rolled over and rocked it out
Now that’s what I’m talkin’ bout
Or much too fast
You’ll be alone — the last.
LYRICS
You can fall down
If you get up
Play the clown
If you live up
But you can’t claim ignorance in the end
Noooo… the truth will not bend
Woah… at fault can’t defend
The best defense is your offense
Make sure you’re in balance
No, there’s no denying
Laughter’s better than crying
This song started, when a friend (hosting a show in Ardmore, Pennsylvania) asked the artists to write a song about murder for the Valentine’s month of February. So, I wrote this song as a sort-of ironic metaphor like simile about domestic violence. If you are a victim of spousal abuse, it may happen in a variety of ways. Inevitably, it will happen over time. To put it another way — If one crow shows up, what is it? How many crows need to show up, before it’s a gathering of crows? What do you call a gathering of crows?
USGS:
Animal Congregations… What Do You Call a Group of Crows?
Crows = A murder
PBS:
Crows are members of the Corvidae family, which also includes ravens, magpies, and blue jays. Loud, rambunctious, and very intelligent, crows are most often associated with a long history of fear and loathing. They are considered pests by farmers trying to protect their crops and seedlings. Many people fear them simply because of their black feathers, which are often associating them with death. But research demonstrated in A Murder of Crows proves crows are actually very social and caring creatures, and also among the smartest animals on the planet.

LYRICS
Please don’t think that I’m rude if I a don’t answer back
But I’m having some sort-of vision attack
A place where peace rules over the beast
When most is least and least welcomed to their feast
Out of the straits and narrows
The light at the end of our tunnels
Fly with the doves and sparrows
Loving your part in the jungle
Please don’t think that we’re crude if our manners lack
Perhaps it’s you lacking the knack
It’s time all hostilities ceased
And, the promised land released… release realized!

Who are you, who who, who who X 4
E D A C G
I woke up in the Soho bar when a policeman knew my name. He said,
E D A C G
"You can go sleep at home tonight if you can get up and walk away."
I staggered back to the underground
And the breeze blew back my hair
I remember throwin' punches around
And preachin' from my chair
[chorus:]
Well, who are you? (Who are you? Who, who, who, who?)
I really wanna know (Who are you? Who, who, who, who?)
Tell me, who are you? (Who are you? Who, who, who, who?)
'Cause I really wanna know (Who are you? Who, who, who, who?)
I took the tube back out of town
Back to the Rollin' Pin
I felt a little like a dying clown
With a streak of Rin Tin Tin
I stretched back and I hiccuped
And looked back on my busy day
Eleven hours in the Tin Pan
God, there's got to be another way
Who are you?
Ooh wa ooh wa ooh wa ooh wa ...
Who are you?
Who, who, who, who?
Who are you?
Who, who, who, who?
Who are you?
Who, who, who, who?
Who are you?
Who, who, who, who?
[chorus]
I know there's a place you walked
Where love falls from the trees
My heart is like a broken cup
I only feel right on my knees
I spit out like a sewer hole
Yet still receive your kiss
How can I measure up to anyone now
After such a love as this?
[chorus]
LYRICS
When your end begins to bleed back
Get to praise the raise…
…ing of the dead
To a new wife wed
From the womb
When the end begins to bleedback again
(repeat)
To a new life led
When the end begins to bleedback again
When the end begins to bleedback again
To be born
From the tomb
When the end begins to bleedback again
