LYRICS
I heard out West the country girl is the best
Standing head and shoulders above the rest
So kick off your spurs… bet that kitty of yours purrs (prrrrrrr)
Check your gun at the door… for sure good time… and more

Come on, Cowgirl, mosey over and dance to guitar
Get really, really close to really, really going far

Allemande left we’ll have a two-step fest
To do-si-do with you is to be blessed
The courtesy to courtesy… may I be your partner
With you by my side, we’re sure to go further

Come on, Cowgirl, mosey over and dance to guitar
Get really, really close to really, really going far
Dance to guitar… piano’s next to the bar
Get really, really close to really, really going far

LYRICS
The water is slowly spinning round and round.
Heading, heading ever, forever down.
I hope I don’t get sucked, quite right in….
Quite, right in. Quite, right in.
… not quite yet.

Forever walking round the paths,
Trying to find my way out.
Forever walking round the paths,
I will never get out….
Of the labyrinth… of the labyrinth… of the labyrinth… of the labyrinth….

What are you afraid of in the labyrinth?
Under my bed
In my head
Bad guys
In disguise

But, I know…
That if we try…
Try to use our mind’s eye,
We can make the walls come,
Tubmlin’ down.

(Walls all around.)
Walls of the labyrinth come tumblin’ down.
Walls come tumbling down.
The walls come tumbling down,
all around… all around… all around… all around.

ABOUT THE SONG
by Daniel Brouse

The song was originally written for my children. Before going to bed, we would sing. The song starts with one of my childhood fears — being sucked down the drain. Each time we played the song I would pause in the middle… and ask them what they were afraid of. Then, we conquered their fears.

The idea was incorporated in the world’s first interactive music album The Labyrinth

Inspiration came from David Bowie’s “The Labyrinth” and Pink Floyd’s “The Wall”.

LYRICS
Merry Christmas, Mary
Merry Christmas to you
What he put you through
The burden of a son to carry

Merry Christmas, Mary
Merry Christmas, to you
When the date you’re due
Becomes Christmas Day, too

Merry Christmas, Mary
Merry Christmas, to you
Man depends on your delivery
Lil’ cuss can deliver all of us

Merry Christmas, Mary
Merry Christmas, to you
The savior of women and men
Giving life again and again
Amen

Cold-hearted.mp3

LYRICS
All the leaves have fallen
Have we already forgotten
Winter has yet to start
Yet, we feel cold at heart

The cold-hearted started
There’s no room in the inn
Ain’t that a sin?
The cold-hearted started
Why did you bother to come?
Go back to where you’re from!

The days are growing shorter
Cold nights for the squatter
Those that roam far from home
Are left to feel on their own

For those that try and try
Yet, others wish to die
Why condemn the tried?
You’ve tried and crucified

LYRICS
Gravitational potential energy
The gravity of the position that is me
Alas, my mass (times) gravity (times) height
Is that right?
Position in a force field
I’ve got power to yield
From on tall as I fall
I drop potential
Just as quick climbs kinetic
Me as energy

Spring into action
The potential of elastic energy
Awake from equilibrium position
Partake in taking part of action
Me as energy. The potential I see.
Don’t fear to kick it into gear

Me as energy
Be energy
We as energy
Energy we can be

LYRICS
Would you like to come in from the cold
Slip into new as you shake-off the old
Comforting in knowing
Ever-beginning flowing

Come on in and get warm
Let out the fear you warn
Come on in and shake-off
Fill your heart with enough

Would you like to come in from the cold
Slip into new as you shake-off the old
Comforting in knowing
Never-ending loving

Welcome! Come into the new
Shake-off… slip out of cold old
Comfort in the knew view
So much “behold” to be told
