When things go wrong I seem to be bad

Chorus:

	D Bm A
I'm just a soul who's intentions are good

Oh Lord please don't let me be misunderstood

[repeat intro (2X)]

Verse 2:

	Baby, sometimes I'm so carefree
With a joy that's hard to hide
And sometimes it seems that all I have to do is worry
And then you're bound to see my other side

[repeat chorus]

Bridge:

Bm A [first 3 beats as per intro]
	/ / / /

	G A G A
If I seem edgy, I want you to know
	 G A D Bm/F#
That I never mean to take it out on you
	G A G A
Life has it's problems and I get my share
	     G F#
And that's one thing I never mean to do, 'cause I love you

Verse 3:

Oh, oh, oh, baby, don't you know I'm human
Have thoughts like any other one
Sometimes I find myself long regretting

LYRICS
The Hunter’s Moon hovers on the horizon

Once the setting sun is done
It will be a full moon risin’

The folklore of the sky
Trying to answer, “why?”
The folklore of the sky
Understanding the part that is I

The nocturnal prey play after day
The Hunter’s moon shinning like noon
Gives light to the motion of flight

Let go. Whish. (The string of the bow)

Good night!

Hunter’s Moon.mp3

ABOUT THE SONG

The Hunter’s Moon is so named because plenty of moonlight is ideal for hunters shooting migrating birds in Northern Europe. The name is also said to have been used by Native Americans as they tracked and killed their prey by autumn moonlight, stockpiling food for the winter ahead. The Hunter’s Moon and Harvest Moon are not brighter, smaller or yellower than during other times of the year, but all full moons have their own special characteristics (based primarily on the whereabouts of the ecliptic in the sky at the time of year that they are visible.) The full moons of September, October and November, as seen from the northern hemisphere (which correspond to the full moons of March, April and May as seen from the southern hemisphere) are well known in the folklore of the sky.

The tricks with this mix
Involve staying on course
You know? When visibility is low
Trying to avoid blunt force

To hell with hail
that falls to the ground
We’ll sustain the freezing rain
And, figure a work around

Damn the don’t knows
Full speed in the head

The fix for this mix
Involves getting out from betwixt
From above… snow… ice below

Push the envelope
If the answer is, “nope”

Sometimes you need the touch of a kid glove
Sometimes you need a blessing coming down from above
Sometimes you just need to give them enough rope
To push the envelope

Out of the box
I was outside of the box
Shredding chains and shedding locks
Cunning as a fox

With a band that rocks
There’s hope
We’ll push the envelope

Give praise for the moonshine
Pass on the sun’s rays (raise)
Give praise for the nighttime

Reflections from afar
Shedding light from a star
Phenomenon bizarre
Traveling as both wave and particles

Give praise for the sunshine
Bounce off the moon’s backside
Making the full moon shine fine
Giving rise to the ocean’s tide

Reflections from afar
Shedding light from a star
Phenomenon bizarre
Bringing a lifetime of spectacles

Give praise the stars do shine
Travel through vast space
To grace the crisp wintertime
Shinning down on the human race

Reflections from afar
Shedding light from a star
Phenomenon bizarre
Traveling as both particles and wave
Causing us to howl and crave
… none too soon to howl at the moon

If Ideas are too complex… if ideas do perplex
My thoughts are with you
If you feel as though you’re living under a hex
My thoughts are with you

I’d be more than willing to lend my brain
I’d be more than happy to help explain
