LYRICS
From here to there
And back again
Wanting a return trip

Love life on Earth
When done agin’
Hoping the side can flip

I’ll see ya on the flipside
After our mortality ride
Heaven’s playground slide
I’ll see ya on the flipside

Unaware everywhere?
Immortal gain
Second coming equip

LYRICS
Christmas time draws near
Gonna ride the yuletide cheer
You’ll surely see clear
Catch the wave, my dear
Into the new year

Christmas time drew near
She rode a mule there
Her manger for Him in Bethlehem
The spirit of Christmas cheer
Born in that year

Christmas time draws near
Gonna ride the yuletide cheer
You’ll surely see clear
Catch the wave, my dear
Into the new year

LYRICS
As of this date
How can it be too late
To alleviate
… if we don’t hesitate
And, crank-up the love

If you’re interested
In gathering love together
Letting the hypothesis be tested
Is infinite forever?

LYRICS
If I were stranded
On a deserted island
I supposed it’d be re-branded
To the dance I land
Set soul’s sail
Let vocals wail
To the third-eye land

The 3rd island from the sun
The 3rd-eye land, son
I’m talkin’ ’bout
“and then sum” some

Past Mercury, Venus
Chances are
If you get to Mars
There’s been too many “too fars”

Rocking In The Free World.mp3

Intro: Em D C (4x)

Em D C
Colors on the street
      Em D C
Red, white and blue
        Em D C
People shufflin' their feet
         Em D C
People sleepin' in their shoes
                Em D C
But there's a warnin' sign on the road ahead
           Em D C
There's a lot of people sayin' we'd be better off dead
       Em D C
Don't feel like Satan, but I am to them
     Em D C
So I try to forget it, any way I can.

G D C C/B C/A G
Keep on rockin' in the free world,
        D C C/B C/A G
Keep on rockin' in the free world
        D C C/B C/A G
Keep on rockin' in the free world,
        D C C/B C/A G
Keep on rockin' in the free world.

I see a woman in the night
With a baby in her hand
Under an old street light
Near a garbage can
Now she puts the kid away, and she's gone to get a hit
She hates her life, and what she's done to it
There's one more kid that will never go to school
Never get to fall in love, never get to be cool.

Keep on rockin' in the free world,
Keep on rockin' in the free world
Keep on rockin' in the free world,
Keep on rockin' in the free world.
(Bass only)
We got a thousand points of light
For the homeless man
We got a kinder, gentler,
Machine gun hand
(Guitar starts in)
We got department stores and toilet paper
Got styrofoam boxes for the ozone layer
Got a man of the people, says keep hope alive
Got fuel to burn, got roads to drive.

Keep on rockin' in the free world,
Keep on rockin' in the free world
Keep on rockin' in the free world,
Keep on rockin' in the free world.

LYRICS
Why is the sky blue
And the grass green

Do you know what I mean
Do you?

Is the blue seen by you
The same as seen
In my scene

Do you know what I mean
Do you?

Does the truth hold true
All living being

Do you know what I mean
Do you?

ABOUT THIS SONG
Chords — E E+F#

This song is about philosophy and Ludwig Wittgenstein.

Remarks on Colour (German: Bemerkungen über die Farben) is a collection of notes by Ludwig Wittgenstein on Goethe’s Theory of Colours. The work consists of Wittgenstein’s reactions to Goethe’s thinking, and an attempt to clarify the use of language about colour. Believing that philosophical puzzles about colour can only be resolved through attention to the involved language-games, Wittgenstein distinguishes between the science of optics, as developed by Newton, and Goethe’s phenomenology of colour, remarking that:
“Goethe’s theory of the origin of the spectrum isn’t a theory of its origin that has proved unsatisfactory; it is really not a theory at all. Nothing can be predicted by means of it. It is, rather, a vague schematic outline, of the sort we find in James’s psychology. There is no experimentum crucis for Goethe’s theory of colour.”

LYRICS
22,000 days
They slip away
In so many ways

Not a lot?
Take advantage of what we’ve got

The world stage
For our plays
Watching youth age

Not a lot?
Take advantage of what we’ve got

For sure
Mature
Can write a beautiful page

Not a lot?
Take advantage of what we’ve got

LYRICS
It’s more than just a moat
Are you prepared to board the boat
Across the river Styx

Chorus
A rock and a hard place
Caught betwixt
Lost in our space
No easy fix

The words stuck in the throat
Regret the time of bloat
Assholes and the dicks

Chorus

Done living life in the rote
Packed my bag with soul in tote
Now with the spirit mix

What thought hasn’t been thought
And, why not?
Certainly not
This thought

If you stop to think about it
A bit
It’s not a bad habit

What thought hasn’t been thought?
Certainly not this thought

If you stop to think about it
You just might want to make it a habit
If you stop… no, don’t stop
It’s a good habit
No, don’t stop
Just grab it
