Wrongful Arrest at the Liberty Bell
Wrongful Arrest at the Liberty Bell

LYRICS
How can you attest
That’s resisting arrest?
All she was doing
Was a peaceful protest

Then, you come down on her
Like a Gestapo mob
Take away freedom
And, her liberty rob

That’s what I cal
Shitty authority
You know it when
It stinks to high heaven
You take from all
Sucking royally
As if the creator dictator

At any rate
Create
Dictate
Gangster mobster police state

This song is dedicated to Rob, Alix, Gandolf and especially N.A. Poe:

I wanna start a fracking chicken franchise
Where we frack chicks for everyone
A fracking chicken franchise
In every Occupy
To supply
Jobs for all

Enough with the GA
And, how they say
“Which came first
The chicken or the egg?”

Frack putting the round hole
Around the square peg

Why did the chicken cross the road?
To try n’ hide
From the ridiculous side
Of the mob slob

Instead, let us be fed
With frackin’ chicken
The Frackin’ Chicken Franchised
Just, trademarked
Over a foul remark
Meant to cause ill will
Still, we will not run a fowl…

Now, Kentucky Fried Chicken
Is mighty fine
But, all I ask is to dine…
With Frackin’ Chicken so sublime

Enough of the straw-poul…treeeee
God, help me

A frackin’ chicken franchise
In every Occupy
Will supply
’till the day we die
*repeat*

bookmark_borderRoadtest For A Protest

Over the last couple days I have been investigating protests including Occupy Wall Street. While playing a music festival in Atlantic City, I came across a protest against Resorts Casino. Sorry to say, both of these protests wrongly attack businesses. In the case of Resorts, the original company could no longer afford to stay open and sold the assets. The new Resorts did not need to keep employing union workers, but they did. Now, these workers are mistakenly protesting against the old Resorts in front of the new Resorts.

For a protest
Unite fear
Unite here
Thwart support
Their last Resort
Walk the boardwalk

Hedge the risk ensuring bliss

No contract. No peace.
No contact. No piece.
