LYRICS
I heard the report
Day late and dollar short
Forgot to deal with the trash
Now there’s nowhere to stash
In case it’s not crystal clear
There’s no moving way from here
The solution to pollution
Is in the humane of the human

I heard the report
Breath as a last resort
Beasts have fouled the air
Don’t inhale out there
In case it’s not crystal clear
There’s no moving way from here
The solution to pollution
Is in the humane of the human

I heard the report
The ball is in our court
Not too late to confess
And clean up the mess
In case it’s not crystal clear
There’s no moving way from here
The solution to pollution
Is in the humane of the human

LYRICS
Did I create the landscape
From which I can’t escape
Now to feed
On tumbleweed
And for dessert desert
(… and then desert
For dessert)

Is the solution to the pollution
At the source?
… ahhh of course
Coarse
Rubbing me the wrong way
Hey!
Coarse
Gotta live abrasive
Now I lust
For a mouth free of dust

LYRICS
The leaves are leaving
As the waves wave
Bye-bye
Ma Nature is grieving
She hates seeing suns die
Mother is screaming,
“Pick up your things!
What’s the matter with those human beings?
Give them an inch, they’ll take the yard
They refuse to yield… took the whole damn field
Come on, Man, life shouldn’t be this hard”

The leaves are leaving
As the waves wave
Bye-bye
Ma Nature is disbelieving
Shakes her head and wonders why?
Mother is screaming,
“Take out your trash!
What’s the matter with those human beings?
Anything they won’t smash?”
Disfigure land and sea temperature
Even error the air… errrah!

LYRICS
What’s the solution
To our institution
The human nation institution of pollution
What’s the solution?
Have we lost control of self-control
Say “it’s close enough for rock and roll”
Destination annihilation
Our species as others’ feces
Suck out our brains
And eat our remains
The toll of our goal

LYRICS
I just though of something
Is there absolutely nothing
In space
As this thought I chase
If space is far and wide
Without a single side
How can anything
Reside
In space?

In space
Outer space
The race
To inner peace
Souls release
Once the bodies cease
Seize the moment
Times relent
Seize the moment
Message sent
Do you hear it, too
Earth’s God’s zoo
Earth’s God’s zoo
Earth’s God’s zoo

I love going to the zoo with you

LYRICS
What to do
When you
Won’t except the truth is true
Are you
A denier
Or a liar?

Tainted
Point-of-view
Painted
Whitewash, too
Are you
A denier
Or a liar?

Maybe you don’t care
How you foul the air
But I sure think
You really stink
Are you
A denier
Or a liar?

LYRICS
I use to think I knew which way was home
’till I got out there on my own
… started to explore n’ roam
Be at home
Be at home

Now I’m at home wherever I’m at
Can you even imagine that
The whole world… you can hang your hat
Never alone
All at home

Maybe it’s time to clean our scene
Land, air and water’s turned obscene
Do you know what I mean?
Flesh and bone
Love our home
We’re at home
Flesh and bone

LYRICS
No matter what might happen
Man just carries on
Keeps carrying on and on and on

Call it cuckoo extincting the cuckoo
I know about me… don’t know about you
Do you call that cuckoo, too?

Not to mention we’ve been told
We’re melting ice millions of ears old
A provocation action… rather bold

No matter what might happen
Man just carries on
Keeps carrying on and on and on

We sunk California more than 40 feet deep
But, I’ve yet to hear anyone make a peep
Man is the world’s predator creep

Polluting the land, air and sea
As long as the consequences don’t bother me
What do you mean “we’ll have to wait and see”?

Children going from crying
To drop dead dying
Why aren’t we even trying

No matter what might happen
Man just carries on
Keeps carrying on and on and on

LYRICS
There was a farmer who had a dog
No sense in being a hog
Now give the dog a bone

You’re only going to eat the meat
Why not give the dog a treat
Yeah, give the dog a bone

We’re garbage prone
When left to our own
Devices our vices

In the gasp of a flash we’ve made more trash
Better find a real solution to all of our pollution
Like “give the dog a bone”

Chorus

You’re only going to eat the flesh
What about the rest of the mess
The “give the dog the bone”

LYRICS
How can we be totally free if we destroy our destiny?

Can you see through the tree
’cause it’s bothering me
Hopin’ it’s just temporary
’cause how can we be free… totally free… if we destroy destiny?

Can you see through the tree
’cause it’s bothering me
It’s coming to me clearly
If we can see through the tree, we’re destroying our destiny
Can’t be free if we destroy destiny

Sylvania can it be we’re in atrophy
I appear to be alone in knowing the causes of ozone
When you’re driving a car burning ethanol, you’re not burning it all
Blowing holes through trees
’till it dies… it ceases and you can see through to the sky
When the leaves cease
Makes me wonder how we can ever be free if we destroy our destiny

Death Defying Acts Part 2.mp3

LYRICS
Ozone in the air we’re breathing
It’s death defying!
Alone in perceiving
These acts are death defying?

More dangerous for us
Than tightrope walking
Or chainsaw juggling

The pathogens we are drinking
It’s death defying!
Alone in perceiving
These acts are death defying?

More dangerous for us
Than sword swallowing
Or cliff diving

The temperature we’re increasing
….
More dangerous for us
Than mine sweeping
Or racecar driving

The glaciers we’re melting
….
More dangerous for us
Than base jumping
Or atomic bombing

More dangerous for us?
There’s nothing more dangerous than us

LYRICS
Look what you’ve done to me
Walking all over my back
Look what you’ve done to me
Spit in my face and a whack

I’ve been here a long, long time
Before any “me, mine or I’m”
Likely I will reside
After your self-genocide

The rise of the human demise
‘less you realize this ain’t no surprise

Look what you’ve done to me
Create pollution as you please
Look what you’ve done to me
Spread disease as you please

Mother Earth will prevail
Even if you insist to fail

LYRICS
What is our solution
To the saline solution
Can you see
We’ve left the sea

Hear we’re filling the ocean
With our own pollution
Can you see
We’re killing the sea
In a tribal revolution

Looking around me, I must confess…
I must confess
We’ve made a mess
Focusing to see, the giant mess…
A giant mess
We need address

Chorus
We’re clogging up and hogging up
’till we fail the test
We’re chocking up… lack of mopping up
’till the rest ain’t left

Asking around me, I try to digest
I try to digest
Why not the best?
Trying to see, why we digress
Why we digress
We could care less

bookmark_borderOwn Worst Enemy

A song inspired by a friend’s Facebook post:

So, 88-98% of corn, cotton (cotton oil–as in what a lot of potato chips are cooked in), canola oil, and soybean crops grown are genetically engineered. About 80% of the crops are to feed livestock. So what evolution has taken 3 billion years to create, humankind can destroy in 40 years. Maybe that’s the plan, to kill off our own kind to revert back to the beginning, with a little plastic and holes in the ozone as a special bonus. Kudos, Homo sapiens. We’ve really “outdone” ourselves.

LYRICS
What is it that I walk upon?
I wish we had the insight to look on and on and on
And, we found the ground
Underneath our feet
Are we going to be our own defeat?

What is that that I breath
Has the air gone up in thin air
Is there something more than just our air in there
What is it we breath
Are we our own disease?

Will we beat
Into defeat
Will we beat
Our own defeat

What is that in our food
Is it any good
What we eat
Are we our own defeat?

I don’t think we can cheat Mother Nature
It’s us we beat into defeat

We’re going to beat ourselves into defeat
And, I would say it’s time to change the seat
This game of musical chairs is going nowhere
I don’t want to be the last one standing
It won’t be any fun if I’m the only one that does remain
It might even drive you insane
