It was inspired by inspiration and innovation of the participants in the Red Bull FLugtag competition, as well as, the cooks at the West Chester Restaurant Festival. In the Flugtag event, contestants build contraptions and then try to fly them over the Delaware River. At the restaurant festival, cooks make adventurous dishes like Duck Tacos and fried pickles… then try to coax the crowd into becoming consumers.

Then, while I was writing the guitar part, an unexpected round of applause started from across the street. Next, I was recording the vocals inside the cab of the mobile recording studio… right when it was time to sing “Sometimes the feat of the street posses your beat”… a couple kids caused a severe banging on the vehicle. There is nothing like playing and creating music… especially when there is audience participation.
