LYRICS
You can stand here hoping the world will pass you by
Or, you can choose a better place to move the human race

CHORUS
If you want to get from here
You want to get to there
You have change direction somehow

You can follow the herd trying to stray under every black cloud in the sky
Or, you can choose a better place to move the human race

Chorus

You can sit in your rocker hoping the world will pass you by
Or, can lead the human race to move to a better place

Chorus
You can believe all you’ve heard from the herd… never asking why
Or, can lead the human race to move to a better place

Chorus
Favor the path that is clear
Listen to your instincts. Be aware!
There’s no better time nor place. Here! Now!

LYRICS
Raise your stein to Frankenstorm
The lessons that we all can learn
Drink. Drink. Drink! A toast to Sandy
Civilization on the verge of insanity

Call in the cows from the farm
Less they be Wizard-of-Oz airborne
Drink. Drink. Drink! A toast to Sandy
Civilization on the verge of insanity

Life threatening. Light Thundering.
Strife rendering. Right bewildering.

LYRICS
Ain’t got the rainy day blues
’cause I see the rainbow hues
Since I can’t go out anyway
Might as well stay in and play

Ain’t got the rainy day blues
Ain’t got to be paying dues
Why don’t we all while away
We can sway, dance and play

It has been quite some time since I’ve posted about the Tunesmith Adventures. That doesn’t mean I haven’t been thoroughly enjoying the audiences. I have been. Though I would like to film more of the adventures, live subjects can be tricky.

Anyway, the audiences have been great. One of my favorite times was in the Spring of 2011. I was sitting at the corner of Ridge and Butler in Ambler, Pennsylvania. A school bus with tinted windows stopped at the light in front of me. I thought the bus was empty and just kept playing my heart away. All of a sudden, a bunch of the windows opened and all these kids started screaming and clapping. Wow! What a thrill.

Nick Does a Flip While I Play Jigging Music

Speaking of thrills, there seems to be an outbreak of people inspired to do *human tricks* whenever I start playing my jigging music. The Spring of 2012 has brought many a thrill seeker. Several interesting characters have co-operated in West Chester, Pennsylvania to bring great entertainment to the people. There is a guy that likes to do bike tricks over my head… and another fellow, Nick, who likes to do flips and jumps off the adjacent wall… sometimes it will just be a group of children ranging in ages from 2 to 92 that breakout into a spontaneous dance troupe. You all are more fun than Vaudeville, a sideshow, and a 3-ring circus all rolled into one.

I thank each and every one of you. From those who come up because they feel compelled to offer me money, to those who roll down their windows shouting out with a wave and a smile — THANK YOU!

Sincerely,
Daniel Brouse
