LYRICS
Ain’t got the rainy day blues
’cause I see the rainbow hues
Since I can’t go out anyway
Might as well stay in and play

Ain’t got the rainy day blues
Ain’t got to be paying dues
Why don’t we all while away
We can sway, dance and play

LYRICS
Not puppet
Nor marionette
Not God’s pet
You have your freewill
Yet, you bet on remote control
Until you set yourself free…
I guess you’ll always be…
Under control
Still acting possessed by some sort-of troll

Not inmate
Nor Wizard Of Oz
Not God’s fate
You have your freewill
Still, you bet on remote control

ABOUT THE SONG
D slide up to the 5th, 4th, 3rd frets

Written and recorded on September 17 and 18, 2012 at Marsh Creek and Exton, PA.  I started writing this song while sitting along the lake at Marsh Creek State Park watching a man operate his remote controlled boat.  Do some people think they are controlled by God in the same way?

LYRICS
Though there’s cheaters and creepers here
I hope the music cuts through the fear
May it bring you comfort and joy
Way more than some wrapped [rapped] toy

Though there’s fakes and non-believers here
I hope the music cuts through their shit
Brings you comfort… at least a bit
Way more than some stuffed bear
Brings the comfort from here to there

Though there’s sleepers and beaters here
I hope the music extinguishes the fear
May it bring you comfort and joy
Way more than some wrapped toy
Whistles and bells set to annoy
May the music bring you comfort and joy
May it bring you comfort and joy

Written and recorded on September 16, 2012 in West Chester, PA. It is about people that would aid humanity if they could; however, oppression is in the way.

Oppression is the exercise of authority or power in a burdensome, cruel, or unjust manner.  It can also be defined as an act or instance of oppressing, the state of being oppressed, and the feeling of being heavily burdened, mentally or physically, by troubles, adverse conditions, and anxiety.

Writing the Song Flugtag on the Delaware River

LYRICS
We’re gonna fly this thing sink or swim
Invoked my thought process
Passed beyond a whim
Gonna build this colossus
Murphy’s Law can’t win
No, never gonna stop us
We’ll never give in

Can’t pull my pork… whack my pud
Ain’t gonna fall face-flat in the mud
Pop your cork
Never a dud
Get behind us, and we’ll call you bud

ABOUT THE SONG

Written and recorded on September 15 and 16, 2012 at the Race Street Pier, Philadelphia and the West Chester, Pennsylvania. It was inspired by inspiration and innovation of the participants in the Red Bull FLugtag competition, as well as, the cooks at the West Chester Restaurant Festival. In the Flugtag event, contestants build contraptions and then try to fly them over the Delaware River. At the restaurant festival, cooks make adventurous dishes like Duck Tacos and fried pickles… then try to coax the crowd into becoming consumers.

LYRICS
Once upon a time the West was wild
The impact of man having been mild
It’s been quite a while
Since there’s been a wolf’s howl

Now, the West isn’t the same (no, no more)
The Western man made it lame
“Of course, you’d better shoot that horse!”

Amazing
Should of stuck to gazing not grazing, hazing, razing, phasing, tasing
’till every red man is a dead man
Burning the planet of its plants
Stripped the mines as if they’re yours
Who knows if life endures

LYRICS
From across the street… thundering applause
Then, a yell from a junk
Bring on the funk

Life’s your stage
Don’t act your age
Life’s our stage
Unlock your cage

Sometimes it’s best when the song ends
Giving rise to the tide… the audience begins

Clap your hands
Whistle and shout
Let love’s emotion out

[ruckus takes place]

Sometimes the feat of the street
Posses your beat
You don’t wanna fade out
Rather end with a bang
No, don’t wanna fade out [fake fade out]
Want this song to be sang
Sing, sang, sung

The miles of smiles riles
Imagination
Creation
Salvation
Stimulation

ABOUT THIS SONG
Capo 2
Am
Am / C
Am / G

Written and recorded September 14, 2012 in West Chester, Pennsylvania. The song started off being inspired by an old Blondie song on the radio, “Call Me”. Then, while I was writing the guitar part, an unexpected round of applause started from across the street. Next, I was recording the vocals inside the cab of the mobile recording studio… right when it was time to sing “Sometimes the feat of the street posses your beat”… a couple kids caused a severe banging on the vehicle. There is nothing like playing and creating music… especially when there is audience participation.

Demanding
Causing some to fear
Unable to take it in
Confusion confusing
Confusing confusion

Find the mirror
Looking down from above
Eliminate terror

And, always all the days

LYRICS
I was…
Naked. Tied-up.
Bound and gagged
In the back of your mother’s station wagon
Hang-on
Lights are flashing
The spot light is on
Officer says, “What’s going on?”

Now, you’ve changed
How you’ve changed
Your mind rearranged
(You’re) estranged

Oh, no
She went psycho
Joined the Puritan Police
Now, I need a release

Oh, let my daughter go
’cause you know
You went psycho

You use to be some fun
But, now
People run!

You ain’t no superhero
With that super, super ego
No. No. No.

Janet, try your switch
’cause less is on

LYRICS
If you have a care for me
I will have a care for you
Together we can see it through
Weather it through any sea

I must have a care for you
It’s the very least to do
Thank you for helping me to see

Ate compassionate for breakfast
Gotta hunch I’ll have it for lunch
Can you stop by before the supper that’s last?

Feel deep before we’re past

Dive deep into your heart
And, part the see

ABOUT THE SONG
C / F / E

Written and recorded August 25, 2012 in West Chester, Pennsylvania.

It’s about love reciprocity. The album name “Natural Producer” has to do with the engineering and production of the music. Since the music is hoped to be *God Inspired*, names like deity, spirit, divinity, supernatural being and idol producer came to mind; however, that sounded too vain. So, what am I compared to the Supernatural Being Producer?

LYRICS
Transposing letters to numbers
Transposing the numbers into my name
While intelligence slumbers
It’s turned into a mental game

Don’t give up
Half empty or half full is your cup?
Don’t give up

When they try to give you the run-around
You know the answer can be found
No matter the resistance
Win them over with persistence
Don’t give up

Put you on hold ’till you grow mold
Ask you to please, please, please wait
Nooooo… don’t drop the line yet another time
We shall overcome without hate

Don’t give up
Half empty or half full is your cup?
Don’t give up

Written and recorded on August 22, 2012 in West Chester, Pennsylvania. It is based on studies that show positive thinking leads to a positive outcome:

Positive thinking: Reduce stress by eliminating negative self-talk
Positive thinking helps with stress management and can even improve your health.
By Mayo Clinic staff

Is your glass half-empty or half-full? How you answer this age-old question about positive thinking may reflect your outlook on life, your attitude toward yourself, and whether you’re optimistic or pessimistic — and it may even affect your health.

Indeed, some studies show that personality traits like optimism and pessimism can affect many areas of your health and well-being. The positive thinking that typically comes with optimism is a key part of effective stress management. And effective stress management is associated with many health benefits. If you tend to be pessimistic, don’t despair — you can learn positive thinking skills.
